Fresh thyme is the best market for awesome veggies and deli meats. Boarshead oven gold turkey and 42% low sodium ham is great. The oven gold turkey is also lower sodium.

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is a brand new location off McGalliard Road nestled between Chick-Fil-A and the ever-changing car dealership near the Cardinal Greenway. What Fresh Thyme has done is sandwich a rather large store with considerable parking where there is little space to begin.

The outside of the store is actually well designed, with clearly marked walking areas for pedestrians. There is a back way out of the parking lot that leads to Milton St. which you can take all the way to Centennial Ave to avoid McGalliard Road during rush hour. There is also access to the Chick-Fil-A restaurant parking lot along the driveway leading to McGalliard Rd.

Inside the store there is a large array of fresh foods available. A third to about half of the store is dedicated to fresh produce, a deli, meats and bakery goods. Everything looked fresh and everything is well stocked. This is opening day for the store so this is to be expected.
The remainder of the store is divided up between frozen foods, boxed goods, alcohol and health goods.

Fresh Thyme doesn't seem to carry as many national brands as you'd find in other grocery stores, instead specializing in smaller manufacturers with a more "healthy" take on foods. I think I'd spend more at Fresh Thyme on groceries but leave with better quality items for my family.

That being said, pricing wasn't terrible. For example, boneless chicken thighs were on sale for $1.99/lb. Chicken at that price point is good but competitors often sell boneless chicken breasts at that same price. So depending on your preference this can be a good deal. Being that the store is celebrating its grand opening, more items are on sale right now that I would expect after the pomp & circumstance has fizzled out.

This is a nice addition to the Muncie community and something that raises the bar on grocery chains in the area.

Variety of spices and fresh fruits vegetables and sea food make shopping here with paying the inflated prices.

Love the selection of organic produce. They have wonderful plant based milks with minimal ingredients. There fresh ground peanut butter is the best!

Nice place! Got like 40 corns for $20. . Also met a beautiful woman there. Looked like she had a ring on though. I still told her that my puppy who was with me said she was gorgeous!

Nice selection of organic products, produce, and wellness products. Nice wine selection. Deli and fresh meat counter. Cashiers are friendly. Don't be surprised if they remember you on your second visit. They carry a yogurt, Brown Cow. A MUST try!

I love shopping here. The produce and meat are always fresh, and offers a great selection you cant always find at other stores. The store is also sized so that I can get in and get out in a timely manner. The staff is always friendly and available to help if I cant find something. Highly recommend!

Pleasant shopping atmosphere and yes while they don't have everything the big stores have, the produce is unique and fantastic. The meat department is amazing and I have ordering my fresh Thanksgiving Turkey there for the past few years. The fresh hit rotisserie Chickens are to die for and have been voted the best in the Chicagoland area. Check out their weekly ads! You won't be disappointed

Every time I go here I’m always happy. They have a great selection. The associate do a great job at keeping everything stocked.

My favorite place to purchase produce. Always very fresh and just at the right ripeness. Normally never a wait at checkout as the ladies are always on it and will invite you over if a line is backed up. The deli stuff is awesome and a great selection. I drive 20 miles to visit this location and never disappointed in my visits.

It's a great store and it is packed with lots of international herbs and spices that will give a devine taste to any meal.

We just started doing our grocery shopping here and so far love it! The meat counter offers many different options and the produce is super quality. The store doesn’t overwhelm with options, which is always a plus!

I prefer to buy health and wellness products here compared to anywhere else, including Amazon. They carry all of the major brands such as NOW, Carlson, Jarrow, etc. They occasionally run a huge sale on supplements at 25-30% off. The folks who work back in this department are always right there to help me find what I need.

It's a clean, well stocked health food store with very good produce, grocery, deli, meat, and vegan inventory. They have well chosen beauty products, supplements, pet food and treats, bulk spices. A well stocked wine aisle.

Always great service. From those working in the aisles, to behind the counters. And cashiers are always friendly. I needed extra help today because of a health issue. Even had help to my car. Prices were fantastic in the produce department. And various deals around the store. Thank you

I expected overpriced boutique grocery items, but what I found was a beautiful, fresh store with prices on at least some things that beat out other local groceries. I ate lunch from the fresh salad bar, and it was great. They have a great selection of bulk items. I didn't try them yet, but will go back. Produce was very nice and fresh. It is a nice addition to the Muncie food scene.

Love coming here. They have a huge selection of fresh soups, sandwiches, and sushi, as well as pizza you can order for lunch, and a sitting area. They also have plenty of supplements if that's your speed and fresh ground almond cashew and peanut butter. I could really go on forever about this place. If you haven't been, you should stop in at least once.

Well it just opened, but looks promising. The prices are a bit higher than other stores, but my feeling is that subsidizes the great selection of gourmet, organic, and otherwise healthy foods you won't find anywhere else. Everything looks amazing: great cuts of meat, fresh produce, wide variety of bulk foods, everything I love and have been missing: fresh ground almond butter, milling of oats, etc. Bakery and deli are tops too.
