Pay Less Super Market

Very nice clean store. From the time I entered the store until the time I left the store all employees were friendly. An employee asked if I was finding everything okay and I said yes. Then a little later I needed help finding something and the employee told me where to find the honey at. I did self checkout because they only had 2 checkout lanes open and the lines were very long but I don't mind doing self checkout.

Once of the best places to shop. And the staff. Is always a pleasure to see and very helpful. Always nice to see them! And a good laugh. Sterling!

Thomas and Jack helped us in the checkout lane today. They were so nice and asked so many helpful questions that I appreciated. Their friendliness took it from a typical grocery run to something that put a smile on our faces for the afternoon :) Excellent service

New store is great, mostly the same or even better than Marsh. Always busy, downside they're not open 24 hours like Marsh was.

Great produce department and fish counters. Dependable quality. Good sales. Interesting finds. Yummy chicken tandoori. Good spice and herb selections.

I was sad to see Marsh go but the new Kroger store is pretty cool. Staff is friendly (been twice and people go out of their way to help you find something). They have a pretty good selection of just about everything. I was impressed the most though by the quality and variety of their produce.

Been here several times. Food I bought was good. Employee is being helpful. Especially the young guy works at self checkout in the evening. Got couple helps from him. Thank you.😄

I love the supermarket they have an excellent fresh produce section and their prices are really good if you have a Kroger card you can also use that because it's owned by Kroger and I know prices at point are going up .so every little penny helps

Prices are great, $1.69 for giant bag of Kroger brand chips. Fills a much needed vacuum of local traditional grocery stores. Don’t let the bad reviews stop you from going.

Quickly becoming our go to grocery store. Advertised items are always in stock. Staff is helpful and the Fuel Points program quite appealing. Love the ease of digital coupons

I am at Payless almost daily whether for myself or for others. I just had to shout out to Jim Barney the manager. This has been such a hard year but when you go in there he is the most positive person I know. Thank you. I do believe he instills that in his employees also, Kerrie at the office, Danny at the meat market and Karla on checkout. I usually go to when I need help thank you for having such great people working there. And as always thanks for coming back to Muncie. Kroger was the only place I shopped when I lived in Schereville, IN and missed not having one here.

Great produce, friendly employees and the deli and bakery are really good.

This is my local store and I love this store and always have what I'm wanting and cashiers are so sweet especially that terrishe been with them for 40+ years I hope she is paid well

Having been raised in Anderson, I love that Payless/Kroger has come to Muncie!!! They have great looking fruits and veggies. The deli and bakery areas are absolutely wonderful. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you. Can't wait for the Tillotson Avenue store to open!

Made a delivery here, the person on charge is not even around the dock when unloading. Looks like he doesn't trust the employers here. He has to make sure the item the unloaded were correct and counted them too.

I have been in the store twice and am very Please that Pay Less is here. The store is well lite and is very clean. The people that work are polite and some are old workers of Marsh that makes me happy. Thank you very much.

First trip into the new Payless to see what products they had and prices for my frequently purchased items. I will be returning in the future. Fully stocked shelves at competitive prices.

Lots of great food available. The carry out guys are really friendly and the meat manager really knows his stuff!!
