This place has everything! I don't own a restaurant. But who doesn't love professional quality products!? The staff is amazing as well. Oscar Suarez was friendly, funny, and super helpful. AND they Christmas wrapped my purchase for me!! 🤯

We just picked up our NEW 24’ food trailer from Western and we are ecstatic!! We are very picky people when it comes to quality construction and they not only built to our very picky expectations, but they exceeded them! Couldn’t be happier with this build! I must say, I found this place by faith. Looks can be deceiving. Don't let that rough exterior fools you. After we walked in there and got to talk to Joe and saw the work that they have done. Without a doubt that we would have them do the work. It was an easy communication with Joe and the rest of the team are so comfortable to talk to. We are almost like a family.

I was glad to see this store open and finally got a chance to pay a visit. Very helpful and knowledgeable personnel. Great supply of items for a commercial kitchen and a chance to get high end items for the home. Conveniently located in the center of the Tri-Cities. Large inventory and likely to have the supplies you need.

Great place to shop for restaurant equipment and smallwares. The employees are very helpful and friendly. If they don't have it, the order it (and are generally less expensive than other major competitors).
