She listens to you, hears what you have to say, and completely understands with complete certainty what is necessary to create a unique masterpiece for you. She went above and beyond, and exceeded our expectations. Not only did she execute professionally and creatively, she was a pleasure do work with. I wish I could give zero stars. This was a TERRIBLE experience. Not only did I book MONTHS in advance I also cancelled MONTHS in advance due to circumstances out of my control. She took my money and my decor, miraculously could not get in touch with the space vendor even though she continues to do parties in the avant garde space. Tawana had terrible communication. She ignored my calls and texts for days at a time. I even had to get a lawyer involved. Terrible customer service. I would NEVER book nor recommend her unless you are ready for her and her people to go ghost if anything goes wrong. Terrible business terrible customer service
