Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I used to get paint at home depot but this location is great for just paint. the quality of the paint is also very good.

I always shop this location. They make good color matches and friendly employees and a great manager. Always greeted with a smile and hello. Rowlando and Geo are great and know their products well.

I've had to place 2 phone orders in the past few months. The employees are very helpful and pleasant over the phone. They suggested what I needed and my items were on sale both times...which helped. :) I feel safe that they offer curbside pick-up and appreciate that the employees wear masks.

Clerk was knowledgeable, filled my order, and even offered to take my paint to the car. Very pleasant experience.

Mary and Rob at the Fields Ertle store in Mason Ohio were great! Mary has the color chart memorized and when asked about a color she was able to go right to it, no computer, no asking someone else, just impressive. She listened to our questions and concerns then provided options and suggestions to help us get the desired look and quality. Rob was very knowledgeable when it came to mixing and what options were available. Neither of them made us feel like a bother. They are definitely an asset to your company.

The quality of the products have proven themselves time and again for us. Our contract painter recommended Sherwin-Williams paint years ago. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

I cannot tell you how much I like working with these guys. Whenever my crews need specialty orders or even last minute orders they are taken care of with a smile. Kyle and his team at Sherwin Williams makes our projects go that much smoother. Our in house rep Bob is always showing us ways to save money as well as introducing us to new products and tools. We will work with Sherwin Williams for as long as they will let us.

Why go to the big box store. This place has it all and they are nicer.

The new group of people working in the store are very friendly and very helpful. I was not happy with the last group of management and their lack of knowledge of the paint and measurements.
