just keep and keep impresding me!
Every single time, I see something new,
modern, futuristic...
Such as a smart carts,
or smart self check in in this store.
Food was not bad, could be better,
but it was ok.
Enjoyed my time and mu meal
overthere today, and learned
something new :)

The manager of this store is 5 stars. He makes sure everything is taken care of and does an excellent job managing the store. Very personable and friendly. This store is a great place to pick up physical gift cards as a last minute gift.

Just stop by today and the customer service is impeccable. Aaron was really helpful and fast working.

It is a nice little convenience store with competitive rates. They have cold drinks, candy, chips, hot food, starbucks machines, fountain drinks, pastries, sushi, a few OTC meds, charging cables, etc.

You will sign in with a credit card or the amazon shopping app QR code, grab what you want, and just walk out. No cashiers:)

Been to this location a few times, staff are always very helpful since I recently started going I usually ask a few questions to get familiar with tap & go and some discounts offered in-store food selection. At times you can get a deal with purchase of food with drink, look for the signs. Store has a good selection of items and always clean... Has a seating place close to the exiting area.

Only issue is it doesn't work for travel cards

This was my first time in one of these stores and it was a fun experience! I only went in to "steal" a candy bar but it was so easy and convenient and a great concept. Only issue I had was getting in but once the girl helped me it was a breeze.

Finally it’s in New York! Pretty Impressive... I hope we will have more options and apply that system in malls.

Medium sized shop right next to the WTC. Convenient to lots of offices.

Works great- scan the Amazon Go app at the gate, pick up items, and walk out.

There are the usual convenience store snacks and drinks, a coffee machine, coca cola freestyle, Amazon Go branded cups and mugs, and Amazon branded food that can be microwaved on site.

Microwave and about 10 tables and chairs are outside the gates as a seating area. Nice place to grab things before or after work.

A successful implementation of a brilliant new vision for future of retail: to the uninformed eye, an Amazon Go location like the one may appear anomalous for its complete lack of payment facilities and check-out formalities. But prospective visitors need not question their sanity, as eyes do not decieve in this regard. Thanks to the success of seemingly futuristic technology, buyers need only tap in at the entrance gates with their phones using a barcode ID found in the Amazon Go app, which links their payment details. Then, once inside, all shoppers need to do is pick up the items they with Amazon keeping track of what is selected or put back. Upon exiting, Amazon tallies the items the customer selected and left with, and within a few minutes, it sends a shockingly accurate receipt of the these items with payment confirmation. Not only is this technology a marvel, but it massively up speeds the retail purchase experience all while achieving low labor overhead costs (a store attendant is available to assist with questions/inquiries). Plus, the selection of ready-to-wear meals has proven quite delicious for this reviewer; the roast beef sandwich on a pretzel bun is highly recommended 👌.

That's how all the future stores will look like. Loved the concept, easy and seamless experience

To experience the unique, queue less/ human less billing was in my travel checklist. I missed it in San Francisco. But found it in New York and did it. Downloaded Amazon Go app and bought a bunch of items in the store. Worth a visit and worth an experience to try when you are in New York

This is my go to place daily for coffee, nothing super fancy just good coffee at a good price. They have a little bit of everything, breakfast, lunch & dinner however I would like to see fresh cut fruit options.

The future is here! Loved the concept and I wish this was a bigger store with more things to buy

My gf said all stores should do this. Such a cool way to shop. Very innovative. But I took my sons there on a Saturday and was disappointed it was closed 😢. I will take them to one eventually...I hope
