The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions during a gift purchase. Their ok online purchase and in store pickup is a very quick process. I ordered online, went to the store later that day, and my order was packaged and ready for pickup, after an ID check.

Went in and bought a new Ps5 and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great prices and a amazing staff. I definitely will be doing more business in the future.

Today I was in this specific store, and oh man I had the best customer service ever! I forgot to ask the name of the store associate at that moment, but this was around 2:00 to 3:00pm, that guy was awesome, above and beyond. I’m visiting this store again 125%

I came in there a few weeks ago to trade in my ACNH Switch for a new Pokémon Violet/Scarlet Switch and Tony went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He was super friendly, kind, helpful and has amazing customer service

Great service. Was there to invoke a warranty for an item which came back in for me to pickup. I was surprised that even though I originally paid for a 2 year warranty for the item and had to use it 3 months in they still made me pay for another warranty if I wanted to keep it going. The 5 stars is for the service but the company policy on warranties needs to be revised. If I have a warranty for 2 years and I have to use it before the 2 years is up, and I still have more time in my 2 years, why do I have to ourchase another warranty?

The workers here are very kind and will always look for ways to help you. Prices for Pre-owned and and other things similar to that are fairly priced. Customer Service is great except that sometimes it may be a while until you talk to a representative. All in all, a very good store

Gamestop is what it is. Great place to get your games the moment you want to and they will match online pricing. Don't turn your games into gamestop unless you are really digging for cash asap, you have better luck online to get better deals on used games and consoles. Workers are the best part of this location, very sweet and helpful.

GameStop is a nationally known gaming haven for gamers all over the country. Here you can find anything from board games, clothing items, and of course hundreds of video games for various consoles such as Nintendo, XBOX, and Play Station consoles. GameStop offers a multitude of services such as educated personnel, the ability to buy new or used consoles and games, trade-in items, and memberships are available for frequent customers. As a loyal customer I have had good and bad experiences with this company.
GameStop employees are very respectful individuals. They take time answering my questions and always give their undivided attention. For instance, every time I enter their establishment I am always greeted with a warm smile and welcoming hello. If there is something wrong, an employee patiently listens to what my problem is and finds a solution to satisfy my needs. They are always positive and have an upbeat attitude that shows they enjoy their job. In other stores the employees come off as rushed or annoyed with their job; this has never happened to me at any GameStop location I have ever visited. My last thought on GameStop’s employees is that they are thoroughly educated about the products they sell. Not that everyone knows everything, but they are all very diverse in the knowledge they have. Some may know more about XBOX consoles while others may be more educated in Nintendo games. No matter what it is you are looking for you are guaranteed to get what you need from a GameStop employee.
At just about any GameStop establishment you can buy new games and gaming consoles, or the cheaper option of pre-owned products. However, if you are like me and are unsure of what game fits your personality, you have the option of buying preowned games at a cheaper price. For example, I went to buy Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The price of a brand-new game is $59.99 whereas the pre-owned price is $54.99. This is one of the many ways GameStop allows their customers to save money. Another way customers save money is through trading in old or no longer played games and consoles into GameStop for in-store credit which you can use to reduce the price of the game that you want. You can also get the value of the game back in cash. Therefore, I choose GameStop over the other stores that sell games.
Finally, there is one last service that GameStop offers, which is why I have always love and continue to shop with them. Just like you would get a membership at a gym, GameStop provides that as well. They offer two types of memberships, which are pro and elite pro. I know what you are thinking “why should I get a membership?” or “how much does it cost?” or “is it mandatory to have?”. Well let’s start with the first one. I personally think you should get a membership because it gives discounts on just about everything in the store minus new items, as well as gives you ten percent off on trade values. This is if you get the pro-card and not the elite. Now the elite saves even more money on pre-owned games and consoles. It also gives you a twenty percent off trades on games and other consoles. For example, legend of Zelda for a pro member is $54.99. However for me, it is $43.99. The next question is “how much does it cost?”. For a Pro member it is $14.99 where as an elite Pro is 29.99 for one year. Now for the final question. No, it is not mandatory to have a membership, but I would greatly recommend getting one if you wish to save money, get more for your games, and get incredible deals on items in the store.
In conclusion GameStop delivers outstanding quality products, great customer service, and great ways to save money. It is a great place to shop and trade games for more stuff and cash. I would recommend GameStop to any and every one that wants to save money and who just wants an overall great experience.

This Gamestop specifically has taken good care of me when I need it! They go out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and even know me when I walk in! I know ill be going here first before any other gamestops.
