Honestly, it was one of the best experiences that we've had with ATT, there was Skylar and another young man helping us out with an upgrade and they were both so knowledgeable. We were informed of everything, from our new bill cycle change to my new upgraded phone. While we waited for my new phone to be installed they made us feel really comfortable and even put on a family friendly movie. It was a great team and amazing experience.

Monica was very helpful. The process ended up being a little more than either of us expected but she was patient and through and got it done for me.

I would like to say that Monica and Skyler, Had perfect customer service they went out of their way and beyond to help me out to make sure I got everything I needed.

I have to commend the great customer service provided to me by Peyton. He helped me in purchasing an IPad as well as helping me with my early upgrade to the newest Samsung Galaxy Ultra. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also very busy in his juggling of customers, doing so with great charm, professionalism, and patience. I would recommend this location to anyone especially the kind service provided by Peyton (I hope that's his name).

We were in to upgrade 2 phones on my account. Edgar was our tech. He was awesome. Helped us both get our phone set up with such an friendly attitude. The two gents in the store seemed like they enjoy working with each other.

Wanna give a 5 star review to my boy Sam. He really hooked me up and was very informative, when it came to the many questions I had for him. He was a great salesman not pushy, let me take my time when it came to shopping for different watches and even gave me some great deals. A must you go see Sam.

Carlos was awesome!! I did not know what to expect when I came in. I had just damaged my phone and was not in the position to buy a new one. I use my phone for EVERYTHING!! Carlos was very helpful and very clear about what options I had. He explained things very well and I felt valued as a customer. He took his time to make sure my husband and I got our new phones set up and activated. He was very efficient and genuine. I did not feel pressured or like he was using any sales tactics. My husband and I walked out with 2 iPhones which far exceeded my expectations. A++++++ experience!!

We didn’t know it but we came in only a few minutes before closing but we weren’t rushed at all Manny and Jenny were super helpful. They answered all our questions and rolled out the red carpet and we received amazing service.
