I adore the staff at the Walnut Creek SalonCentric . They are friendly, informative , great customer service. I love how they inform you about upcoming sales.

This is an amazing salon centric, I have been going to them since beauty school. They always have what I need and on the rare occasion that the don't have something in stock that I need they get it for mr fast. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have been a huge help to me lately, as I have been preparing two salons to open this week. I can not thank them enough and will continue to recommend people to go to there store.

I’ve been shopping here for 20 years. Ever since they hired a new lady, with short blonde hair, who seems to be there 24/7 now (REALLY miss the brunette with the accent! Kindest, sweetest, most knowledgeable, best salon centric employee they’ve EVER had there) I’ve really not enjoyed my experiences here. She’s quite unkind and very condescending in her answers. She makes me very uncomfortable every time I walk through the door. She gaslights me on their stores policies, acting as if I don’t know what I’m talking about. Not to mention she sold me on $89 worth of hair product that was awful for my hair. I attempted to return it or at the very least, get a store credit, and now salon centric doesn’t honor that policy after decades of always being awesome about it. I spend thousands of dollars a year here. To up and change your return policy and then sell clients on bad product and NOT tell them about the policy change… Is ludicrous. Terrible business. And in my opinion, theft of extremely hard earned money. I won’t be shopping at this location ever again. Lost my business forever.

They definitely don’t help their costumers at all so they need to improve with that.
