Dillard's

I really liked shopping at Dillard's, a long-standing store in Atlantic Station. The staff was super friendly, and I appreciated the added security presence. As a black man, I understand that my appearance might sometimes resemble 50 Cent, but it doesn't mean I'm involved in any criminal activities. It's unfortunate that they didn't give the same level of attention to my white counterpart, but they definitely kept an eye on me.

The employees are beyond helpful at this location. I stopped in several departments, including the Makeup area. Parrish and her manager are amazing and informative! I tried on several products and never felt rushed. They were down to earth, yet professional. They were very knowledgeable and made my day. 5 star service!

Ordered a perfume gift set online and picked it up in the store. The person at the gift wrapping counter helped me get my item and I was on my way. Very efficient and friendly. I especially love this store because it is close to my work and I love stopping in to see the shoe section, which is my favorite.

One of my favorite store to shop for shoes and clothes. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice, the biggest ladies shoes area, stayed to fit on shoes for hours. Beautiful and exquisite selection with excellent discounts and stand alone with its own parking garage which is free up to two hours.

Recently, I was in a bind to find a suit for a wedding. Men’s Business Manager, MD Piash saved the day. He took the time to help me find exactly what I needed, provided advice, and used his expertise to provide an incredible experience. He’s awesome and great at what he does. Can’t recommend him enough for the next time you’re looking for a custom suit or quick purchase.

They have excellent selection of dresses and shoes for all occasions. This is my go to in Atlanta when I am in a pinch for a wedding, gala or any other dressy occasion. The customer service is great too- especially if Yazmine is helping you, she ran around the entire store helping me get a last minute outfit for a gala. I will go back to visit her specifically again!

Hands down the best customer service for bra fitting! Ma. Bernadine is simply amazing!! The largest and best shoe department in midtown. I have been coming to this store for more than 10 years just for the amazing shoe assortment which is highly curated but just right. They have their own brands plus all the favorites, from Uggs to Coach and everything in the alphabet in between. You will not be disappointed this is my favorite hangout for shoes. Ask for Tony, shoe dept veteran and expert he is the best with years of experience, I won't shop with anyone else. Amazing shoe shopping experience.

Thank you to Charity in formal wear! She was in charge of a huge section at Dillard's, but still had time for personalized service. I spent time trying on dresses on my own & finally asked for help. She was aware of the dresses I had been trying on and helped me look for other similar styles. Her honest opinions and no pressure technique was invaluable. One of her in every store please!

Everything that you need is here! Designer purses including LV, MAC cosmetics, perfumes, shoes and more. Very friendly associates that will help you find anything that you are looking for. There are three levels to this store. Lingerie is on the top floor. Nice selection of sunglasses and accessories.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Shaenika and LaTosha were great in helping my friend and I select cologne for the fall season. Will be back to get more from these two. -TJ

Had a wonderful shopping experience at the Polo department and sales associate Floyd helped my wife I with a much needed new wardrobe after significant weight loss. They just received and stocked up on all the latest new 2019 Fall fashion designs by Ralph Lauren. Make sure you ask for Floyd and tell him Daniel sent you.

I love this store. The children's department is amazing. The purpose of my visit was to find uniforms for my toddler. I was able to secure a pair of blue polo pants. As I entered the store, I spotted the UGG display table. I fell in love with almost every shoe that I saw. My plans are to purchase at least two pairs before the end of the year.

This is my go-to department store in Atlanta. Super convenient location/parking at Atlantic Station. I've always found the selection to be very good, particularly in shoes, women's clothing and cosmetics (my usual stops). Friendly store associates!

I went there to buy a clear bag for the concert. I asked the staff about the whereabouts of the bag since I didn’t have much time, he was helpful. The lady at the checkout was also polite and helpful. Great customer service!

Me and my fiancé came in looking for something for him to wear for our engagement photos and we were blessed to run into sales associate SEAN! He was spectacular! We worked with us for about 2 hours, finding us any and everything that we needed. Sean never displayed frustration from my high demands he always reassured me that we would be leaving with an outfit for our photos !!! And behold we found the perfect items for our engagement photos all because of his magnificent customer service! Without Sean Fraser we would have never found what we were looking for! Lyric was awesome. I was looking for a dress, to fit my specific body type and her assistance truly did help me. She definitely went out of her way!!! She is the main reason for this review, although there selections are very nice and customer service is awesome
