Lauren was amazing! She did such a great job with my daughter's pack & ship items that included a dorm room and a gigantic mirror! She paid attention to detail, gave suggestions and she was so pleasant! She truly loves her job!!

Excellent job of shipping my package. It was a bulky item that had to be packaged and shipped a little more expensive than I like but you have to pay for good service job. Well done UPS.

No matter the day or hour, each staff member is always helpful and kind. I actually look forward to coming in to this store knowing it will be a positive experience each time!

I never EVER leave reviews but I experienced the best customer service - helpful, friendly, accommodating, efficient & knowledgeable staff. I recently had to renew & take my passport photo & ship out my documents ASAP for an upcoming vacation. It was nearing closing time & they were nice enough to squeeze in a passport photo (Pretty good lighting & super quick!) I didn’t have my documents ready, so I came back the following day to ship them out. Sohil, the owner, who aided me was super helpful as this was my first time sending out government paperwork. I made silly mistakes on my first form & he was nice enough to reprint them for me. He even double checked all documents & made helpful suggestions. Government documents give me anxiety but he made the whole process smooth sailing & stress free. Honestly the only UPS store I’ll ever go to - they went above and beyond all of my expectations.

The staff is always so helpful anytime I go in. They always not only remember who I am but they know where I'm sending packages as I have children in college and they'll ask me is this going to Alabama or is it going to Rhode Island or is it going to DC and I just love that feeling of walking in and them taking that much of an interest in there clientele.

I've only been here a few times but every time I was the employees were nice and seemed to do whatever was required of them very efficiently. The last time I went someone named Lauren helped me. She was super friendly and patient and got everything done really quickly. I'm sure working a job like that can be a grind but regardless she had a great energy. I so appreciated how enthusiastic she was that I wanted to give her a shout out in a review. Thanks Lauren!

This location is great. The gentleman who assisted me was quick. Very thorough and efficient all with a smile and friendly tone. He knows his stuff! They understand that life happens and are often open a bit later than closing time- which is great for the perpetually late like someone I know. They have all the services - I typically use the Amazon return service and it is painless - which is great for the serial shopaholics out there, like someone I know. It’s me. I’m the someone.

As busy as they were, I noticed that they greeted each customer with a cheerful Hello.

Hands down THEE BEST UPS store...the owner and Lauren displayed TOP NOTCH customer service and overall AWESOMENESS... I had needed a notary..copies and to send important documents out on New Years EVE...I had let the line go down to aide the FLOW as I knew I would take a bit..ALL were HAPPY.😀..my hand surgeon was even in line..:))...A PERFECT EXPERIENCE for the last day of 2022...THANK YOU UPS STORE...I gave my word I would write a review..YOU DESERVE IT! I'll SEE you again...FOR SURE!!!

Excellent customer service, always efficient, low wait times

We have a P.O. Box at this branch and do occasional shipping. The team all give incredible customer service, are unfailingly accommodating, and are simply the kindest, sweetest people. Always a pleasure to stop by. (If anything, I wish they would work less hard!)

The best UPS Store location. The management and staff are very professional and routinely provide outstanding customer service. Requests for help with shipments are always met with a smile and the most cost effective solutions. Emails are quickly returned — even after business hours. We trust this location with our valuables and would not consider anywhere else for our shipping needs.

I pulled up and watched 6 people rushing in with atleast 3 to 4 packages each. I immediately got discouraged, thinking it'd be atleast 30 minutes til I got to go home after I just worked a 10 hour day. Not even 10 minutes later the store was empty and after going in was out in 2 minutes. Fast and honest service and super polite. Awesome!

They have saved me 3 times especially today with their notary services. This is the best UPS store I have been to!!!
