I wasn’t sure if I could do an exchange on my already open perfume bottle but this sweet lady picked up the phone yesterday and assured me I could do that! Luckily, she was the one who assisted me today in the store. Such a sweet, down to earth personality and even let me know about the coupons available. Her name was Hajarah!

I've been going to Ulta Fair Lakes since Dec to get my hair colored, cut, and a silk press all done by Lillie (the only African American stylist working at Ulta in this area). She's a seasoned hair stylist that specializes in Natural hair, relaxed hair, and color. Her scalp massages are absolutely amazing. Lillie is the ONLY hair stylist at this Ulta location that specializes in African American hair.

Had a mishap with an online order and the staff here was absolutely amazing. Carolina and Sandy were two that I was in direct contact with and they were so wonderful with helping me and resolving the issue. Highly recommend this location.

The manager Cindy was exceptionally helpful and patient with helping me find a perfume. Definitely always helpful staff and items are always stalked which is why I highly recommend this location.

I had a great experience here. I’ve recently begun my makeup journey but Julisa helped me pick out products and answered all my questions about how to use them and even showed me tips on how to apply. It was a really reaffirming experience when I was so nervous to start.

This was my first visit to this location and I was able to get in and out in less than 10 minutes. Stopped by to complete a HappyReturn and was helped by Teaira. She was delightful and knowledgeable. She alerted me of a $5 off coupon I received in my return email so I was able to use it right away. I’ll definitely come back with more time!

I always am happy with my hair services here. I see Lilly and she is wonderful! Not only does she do a great job, she explains what she is doing so I can understand too. She also makes great suggestions that turn out beautiful every single time. On top of all that, she is super sweet and a great person to hold a conversation with while you’re getting your services. She’s a 10/10!!

Sara is great she did my brows and they were amazing she did all the right things. I was comfortable with her she did brow mapping which I never knew was a thing and my brows turned out great.

Self-less and patient. Those are the words that come to mind when I think of my experience at Ulta. I had the pleasure of meeting Jalisa. I’m not confident when it comes to picking out makeup, and I’m insecure about my appearance. So when I met Jalisa, I asked shamefully for help getting a new set of makeup and she helped me get everything I needed. I went only to get a foundation, but she was open to my questions even though it was clear that she was exhausted. I left with 10 items, all of which I used the very next day, confidently, because she took the time to show me how. She also listened to my desires as well. My experience in the past has been that the makeup artist would pressure me into layers upon layers of makeup with gorgeous eyeshadow designs, but then I go home and have no idea how to recreate that look. We need more approachable and customer focused assistance like I received from Jalisa. My prayer is that the right eyes and person sees this review.

Also shout out to all of the staff at this location. Everyone at this store is kind and eager to help. And there are some very talented people who work in this store.

Great selection and helpful staff. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, a Giorgio Armani scent for her. However, I was struggling to navigate the perfume department, someone helped me find the scent with ease. In addition, they have many great travel size items at the front.

I was helped by an amazing employee named Gabby who made my trip super fast and easy. She answered a bunch of my questions about makeup, gave me great tips and was very friendly! My new favorite Ulta!!

Just had to give a quick shout out to the employees for great customer service! I came here looking for my favorite dry shampoo but they unfortunately were out. One of the girls (who's name I regret not getting) told me they could have it shipped to me for FREE. I usually hate being "that person" but everyone was so nice about it. William was really patient and friendly and I appreciate him taking the time to help me. Also his highlight and nails were ON POINT. Seriously love Ulta!

I love this place! I get my hair done at the salon regularly and the employees are always welcoming and helpful.

I have kept going here since posting my first review (2 years ago). The salon here remains welcoming and helpful! I booked an appointment for the salon but accidentally went to this location rather than the my booked location. Surila was able to accommodate me and gave me exactly what I asked for! She was incredibly kind. As always, the staff here is cheery and helpful!

I’ve been a loyal shopper at this location for so many years and i absolutely LOVE it! The workers are always super lovely to chat with and are incredibly helpful! Sadly with COVID-19 I haven’t gone in store to shop (just want to be safe and not risk the workers safety!) and they have been super accommodating with the curbside pickup. Very fast pickup and they were very friendly throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this location!!!! ❤

Just got my hair cut & styled by Jillian. Loved it & loved her! It’s so scary going to someone new, but Jillian was confident, which immediately eased my nerves. She took the time to ask specific questions about what I wanted. She recommended products based on my specific needs. She was easy to talk to & gave me a great cut. I would definitely return!

I am genuinely lost when it comes to all hair/skin care products. I've had some facial skin issues for the past year and tried to research the best products to help. Jolene asked if I needed help finding anything and then spent the next 10 minutes walking around the store with me checking out the products and explaining the basics of what I need. She taught me more in that conversation than I learned my whole life. Thank you for all your help!

Well-stocked Ulta -- they usually have the things I'm looking for and the staff is super helpful about returns. I recently returned an opened product with no box and no receipt (it was on Ulta Rewards, though) and they took it with a smile. They also have a good selection of the "drugstore" brand stuff -- plenty of shades and variety -- and great sales. Overall the nicest Ulta I've been to.

We were in a bind, running late, and needed a cute hair style for my daughter, who was headed to a Cotillion Ball this evening. We also had to get dinner, shoes, and get her dressed, and we only had 90 minutes to do it all in!!
Called Ulta and told them our dilemma, and they told us to come over in about an hour. We grabbed some drive through (don't judge), stopped to look at shoes, and dashed over. In 30 minutes, they'd given my daughter an age appropriate half up, half down braided and curled style that was so sweet, I couldn't believe it was my girl! It was perfect!
On top of that, I got a wonderful 10 minute express facial that made me feel so relaxed that I wasn't even stressed about her being a little late for the Ball! (It was only 15 minutes.... Still fashionable!!)
The stylist and facialist were wonderful to work with, and we will both be going back for more beauty treatments and goodies in the very near future!

I went to Ulta twice today and both times everyone was very nice. The sales associates were very helpful, answered my questions and the associate that checked me out was very friendly. I also inquired about services in the salon and was given a 25% off coupon. Overall it was a great experience.

Sara laminated my brows and I LOVE it!! She did an amazing job with the tint, wax, and the lamination! I highly recommend seeing her if you want your brows slayed!
