Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

The quality of paint is really amazing. Also the help I received from Brian the sales associate was invaluable from helping me decide what kind of paint I needed for various surfaces to helping me get it all out to the car. I actually recommended it to 2 family members after this.

Thanks to Garrett and Brian for the great service in getting the exact match for the paint color needed, since I only had a small sample of the old, and then bringing it all out to the car.

The young man that helped us was great. He helped us get the correct products for our application and then carried the paint to our car. You don’t get that kind of service in many places these days. I highly recommend Sherwin Williams paint and I highly recommend the Richmond Heights store.

I had a tremendous experience at the Richmond Heights store. Matt was very patient with helping me to locate both the house colors used several years ago and the painting contractor who applied them. He mixed paint and answered all of my questions. He helped me with names of new contractors without showing bias towards any one of them. I highly recommend this store. I will return.

We bought a large amount of paint and primer from this store. 15 gallons of it was Repose Gray at 50%. Long story short, when we went to paint our walls, the color did not match the sample we had originally based our color decision off of. It was close, but you could see they were not the same. So, I called up Sherwin and Matt answered. I explained what was happening. He asked a few questions, then asked if I could bring the paint in to see what he could do. In the end, we were not able to salvage the original 15 gallons and Matt made us a new batch, matching the sample as close as possible, free of charge! He was extremely understanding and communicated with us why this might have happened in the first place.

All in all EXTREMELY good customer service! You have a very happy customer.

Paint isn’t cheap, so purchase your paint where they act professional and treat you as a valued customer. That place is here at the Wilson Mills Sherwin Williams.

Great color match and knowledgeable staff

I came in to pick up some paint chips/swatches for a diy project, and the staff was so friendly. They allowed me to get as many as I needed, with no issue at all. I will be doing some painting inside of my home, in the near future and I will definitely visit that location, for my painting needs.

This store is clean and set up in a great way for you to choose colors and supplies. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. Also very helpful in helping you choose your choice of colors and what your needs are. They made buying paint a a fun experience.

This is my favorite S-W store (and I have been to many/most on this side of town). The Cleveland Heights store is closer to me but I go out of my way to come to Richmond Heights. The employees are all extremely knowledgeable about the products and have never steered me wrong. I am a homeowner, not a contractor, so their advice & tips are very valuable to me! This store is usually not as busy as the Cleveland Heights store, so there isn't as long a wait for paints being tinted/mixed.

I would tell them Devan was very helpful, courteous, and listened to what color I wanted to paint in the family room. His professionalism is to be commended.

The staff consisted of a single person who was very helpful. He explained in detail all the questions we had and made some suggestions.

The store offers so much more than just paint! There are a lot of resources for updating and improving the interior and exterior of your home.

The guy who was working there, sorry forgot his name, but he was very professional and knowledgeable of Sherwin William's products. I will be sure to shop at this location more often.
