Great store! Always clean and nice.
Staff always greets and always welcoming.

New staff is very friendly, welcomes you when you enter and says goodbye when you leave. Very personable. Slurpie machine was working and thats all I need for a good visit :)

I have been coming to this 711 15+ years. The staff ALWAYS greets each customer. No matter the circumstance the staff is always happy to help and very accepting of people. It makes me thankful to have such great people working somewhere I have to visit so frequently. I look forward to seeing the staff every time I go in.

Best customer service ever!

Very disappointed!! I ordered 6 taco taquitos which I always do every time I order and this time around they were dry and hard seem like they have been cooking all day long. I called and told the gentleman who answered the phone. He told me that I would have to reorder and pay again!!!! I don't think so. Very upset and disappointed. Looks like I'll have to find me another 7-Eleven to order from.

Cards are down half the time. Always forget to put your gas on the pump after you pay, have to go in and remind them 100% of the time. Refused business because i was paying cash but they had pre counted their registers for a shift change 15minutes away. Two registers open and employees on. I’m sure they mean well but this place is a *hit hole. Wouldn’t expect these people to understand how to add and subtract a few coins and dollar from your drawer count.

Completely Inept.

Went in to get a slurpee and the machine starts spouting out, spilling and staining my pants and white shoes. I wouldn't have been mad had the cashier not said, "oh yeah, it's broken...". If the machine is broken put an out of order sign on it. Instead they allow customers to consistently use the machine. This shows how incompetent the people at this 7-Eleven are.

...and the slurpee tasted like water, worst and most expensive slurpee I've had.

This is the second 7-11 that doesn't understand the word free. Its getting really annoying. Don't tell me that a muffin is free when I buy a larger coffee when you charge me for it. Tell me it only cost a penny or something. Either they are blatanly lying to people or they don't understand what FREE means in English. Its getting really annoying. And since this is the 2nd 7-11 in Carol Stream to do this I won't be visiting 7-11's anymore. I understand it's a penny. But if I say I don't want something and you charge me for it anyways you have lost my business no matter how small of an amount. Goodbye 7-11 it's been fun but your not worth all the lying. I can't trust you anymore.

I dropped my c.c, I asked if they could please go check by the pump. I was told no and that rude man hung up on me.

I came here for gas (Mobil). They were completely out of towels to wipe my windshield. I stopped the pump and went somewhere else.
