CVS Pharmacy

Never had a problem and they have always been super helpful. They remember my name every time I go in.

Went for a run brace. Selection was very good.

I use this pharmacy a month prior as for some reason there is a shortage of a specific medication which the whole town is out of. Unfortunately, I had to ask him where I should call to find my prescription guy was rather rude and telling me maybe I should try another medication last time I checked he’s not a doctor, needless to say rude will not be returning. I can see why they had the reviews they do.

They don't even deserve one star!! Wow the ignorance and rudeness of your employees should be a total embarssement!!! They all need to go!

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. After two attempts at filling prescriptions they either don’t have it and can’t provide an update when a simple antibiotic would be available. I asked if they could call and transfer it to another pharmacy and they said no. Mind you I worked at CVS in another state and we would always call to transfer prescriptions for customers. I also needed another one filled that they had to order and they cancelled it and didn’t even call to tell me that they cancelled it. Will be going to another pharmacy.

Tried to schedule covid test for Hampstead store online. Never available.
