I was at this store in Hampstead MD today and the customer service here is amazing. Not only did they got in a car battery I needed within 24 hours, they installed it for me as well. They made sure I got the best prices (packaging purchases for discounts) and as a female I often find some auto places to be rude and/or condescending. They were helpful, pleasant, kind and polite. My family will definitely be repeat customers - even if the drive is 20 minutes longer, they deserve the business and are worth the trip. Well done gentlemen, and thank you!

We have seven cars and one of them always needs something! Auto Zone is our go to place for when we need something quick! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable and we are there so often lately, I am greeted like an old friend when I come in.
