Mattress Firm Hampstead

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Hampstead. Todd was awesome and took the time to help me find a mattress that was comfortable and within my budget. I felt no pressure to buy anything, and I asked a lot of questions and Todd was able to help me make a great decision. I am so excited after 15 years to finally have a new mattress and boxspring I would highly recommend anyone to visit the Hampstead store.

Salesman was extremely nice. I had my 2 little boys with me and he made was so good with them. After we left he he called and said my son left his gloves on his desk. So when I pulled back into the parking lot I started to get both boys out of car seats but he ran out and gave them to me so I wouldn’t have to get them out of the car. Bought my mattress there 5 years ago and would definitely be back because of my experience with buying a new bed frame.

I had a great experience today with Barry. Very helpful in helping me find a new bed. Actually got 2 more for my kids while I was there. He was a great help and took my concerns and week being into consideration. I was extremely satisfied!!

Todd was able to help us get a fantastic deal on a mattress, and it arrived a few days later. The delivery men were cuterous and fast, brought the king mattress right up the stairs and didn't damage a thing. We're already back to buy mattresses for the guest bedrooms and will be back in the future!

I’m hesitant to leave a review on a product that was just delivered hours ago and hasn’t been used. That being said the sales process was easy and I felt like I was treated well. Time will tell on the product and if the warranty is easy to deal with or is only as good as the paper it’s written on.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. One of the managers, Todd, understood our financial concerns and helped us find a suitable mattress that was also a great deal!

Barry was knowledgeable, attentive, helpful, and friendly. We had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Hampstead/Manchester MD and look forward to taking delivery of our new bed.

He was very thorough in our search, trying to match me with a bed that best suited my personal needs based on a few questions I answered. Brandon was extremely friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, obliging, and went above and beyond what was expected. The team who delivered my bed also did an amazing job. I didn't have to do a thing.. they set the bed up for me and took my old mattress & box spring with them. They were quick, strong, careful, and courteous. I would highly recommend this Mattress Firm to anyone!
