Jackson and Wes were top notch. We've gone in the store twice this week for various different things. Super friendly service, down-to-earth and honest business practices, and helpful (not pushy) recommendations. I'd highly recommend this store to others in the area as well as my family and friends.

I went to the Verizon store when my phone died. Wes, the store manager was unbelievable helpful. Turns out I was there 3 times in one day, and he was so patient and helpful each time, even though he knew I wasn't going to be able to buy a new phone from him (corporate account red tape on my side). It didn't matter to him that I couldn't buy a phone and he was helpful and wonderful each time. I will go here for anything, always, and you should too. It is a great store and Wes runs it perfectly!

After going around in circles for hours on the phone with Verizon customer service and apple support to get a replacement phone activated I decided to try the store. Wes went so far above and beyond to help me and ultimately was able to get it done after having to go in circles himself with Verizon customer service. He spent 45 minutes on the phone exhausting every option to get my issue solved so I didn’t have to wait 72 hours for apple to restore my account. I need my phone for work so that would have been a nightmare. Aside from his excellent service he’s also extremely friendly and personable. I would give 50 stars if I could. Thanks Wes!

Destiny was amazing while helping my boyfriend and I switch our phone service to Verizon today. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and personable during the process. We originally dreaded sitting in the store but she had us laughing and smiling the whole time. We are so happy with the experience!

Jackson made it super easy to upgrade phones

Recently upgraded two phones. It was a great experience. Wes went out of his way to make the transition to a different phone as painless as could be. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Jackson is the best! He makes the "cellphone" process so easy, explains things throughly till he knows the customer understands everything we need to know! He is very patient, kind and a pleasure to do business with!

Jackson was amazing getting myself and husband new phones

Was on prepaid for years - stopped here to see what my options are with verizon and I'm glad I did Wes was so knowledgeable; and Destiny is so helpful and very funny!
