I Was not at pipers.. Rakki food truck is my rating. Excellent food and service. Nothing I have had is spicy. The fried rice is more table peppery, which I prefer. They give you yum yum sauce. OMGosh the fried wontons ..great. you will not go hungry. Stop by and give it a try.

Great little place. Friendly staff. I'm not a drinker, but it seems like they have a pretty large selection of beer, spirits, and wines. It's also one of the only places I know of nearby that can cash in lottery tickets for actual cash and not a voucher, so that's definitely a plus. Gas prices seem to be on par or better than average. Can get pretty crowded during evening rush hour, as all of the PA drivers try and stop there for our sweet, sweet Maryland gasoline.

It's a nice quick stop for alcohol and gas if you need any. When I'm in that area I fill up at pipers.

Nice prices and I am trying this selection of wine Friday night. They didn't have San Antonio but I think this should be a good substitute, we shall see or shall I say "TASTE."

They have recently remodeled and it is so much cleaner and we'll organized. Staff is awesome, only issue I have is the miniature shopping carts. Guess that is not really an issue for most, but we like to stock up. If you haven't been there for awhile you should give them another try- much improved.

Service great I had to pick-up a few Christmas gifts and something for New Years eve. Prices are good what a variety in stock. You can even get gas ⛽ here oh and ice.

Pipers is probably the best place to get alcohol in Carroll County. Great prices great staff and the renovations they’ve done make the place look awesome. They have a huge selection when it comes to beer and represent a lot of different local breweries and winery’s.

Great prices and even better selection compared to every other comparable place in a 30 mile radius!
I live in Pa. and I drive here to get my adult beverages and fill up the gas tank since gas is always about .35 cents a gallon cheaper here compared to anywhere in Hanover, Pa.

Considering how far it is to anything else it's got everything you wanted for a decent price. I'm sure that they're getting more than their fair share of business with Sheetz being shut down for close to a year to rebuild. Construction on MD#30 doesn't encourage you to go through the traffic and road full of potholes!

Reasonable prices on liquor and a little less expensive for just a hop skip and a jump over the line. While you're there saving on your adult beverages the gas is usually a little cheaper to just whoever the Maryland line. Win-win in both categories

Owners are great and friendly people so are the employees almost always have what we want or need if not they will try and get it in for us. Always worth the trip!

Only bought gas and lottery tickets. Pumps were working fine and gas cheaper than in PA. Did not get a winning ticket.
