DXL Big + Tall

Good customer service. Found my size and fit quickly. Walked out with two pairs of slackes and sport coat.

I went here with my oldest son to help him shop for his upcoming vacation. Although, there was only one associate working our experience was very pleasant. The store has everything a big and tall man needs. The sizes go up to 7x and anything a customer sees he wants and it is not in stock can be order and shipped to his home and a few days. This store is one stop shopping. We found everything!!! They even have name brands for the big and tall. Polo, Lucky, Nautica, Reebok, and Cole Haan to name some.

Always a great place to go for my clothes. Wished they had one in Dalton but still a great place for shoes, shirts and pants. It’s the only place close to home that I can get my sizes.

The staff at this store are extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the their offered brands and clothing that I truly enjoy shopping here.

Store is attractive pristine in its cleanliness and easy to find items. The sales associate I dealt with knew his merchandise and was very nice and helpful.

Husband and I visited on Saturday 9-25-21 around 2pm. All of the associates were super friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized. I truly appreciate that they weren't pushy just willing to assist and answer any questions. We purchased 2 shirts and ended up downloading the app because we loved the experience so much. We will be back!

THe store and the staff were GREAT. I had left home without some of my luggage and had NO shirts on a recent trip. I stopped in and grabbed some t-shirts that were on a great sale. Found what I needed easily, quickly and saved quite a bit over normal prices. This made a clothing emergency into a complete non-issue.

I always have a great experience when I enter the store. Penney the store manager is always great & pleasant to work with. Her staff is very friendly & helpful. They also have a great selection of clothes for big & tall me men, especially the Nautica clothing line. One improvement could be in the suit selection line. They do need more suit lines that cater to black men such as the Steve Harvey, Magic Johnson & J Anthony Brown clothing line. You are missing an entire market DXL. Hope this helps

My boyfriend and I came to DXL to find pants and shorts because he is so tall he struggles to find things that fit. The Assistant Manager Alex was PHENOMENAL. He was so knowledgeable about the quality and fit of different products and he made suggestions based on our feedback that were spot on! We were so comfortable in the store and he helped us find everything we needed and let us know about sales and discounts. We can’t wait to go back and shop again!

Mason was an incredible help. I don't think I've ever had clothes that fit right my whole life, but he measured me and I had perfectly fitting clothes in just a few minutes. The service and quality here is outstanding. As a big dude in the Chattanooga area....I'll definitely be back.

When I called in they were most happy to assist me. They had pulled aside what I called for and when I got there were willing to let me try another vest to see if it fit. All in all, a great shopping experience.

Always love shopping here! The staff here is always very nice and nonjudgmental. They try to go out of their way to help you and make your shopping experience pleasant. Prices here are a little high but they usually have sales and coupons you can use.

The Harbor Bay pants are some of the most comfortable pants on the planet. The sales team in Chattanooga are awesome!!!

I had an issue with receiving the wrong items from an online order. The salesperson went above and beyond to help me with the issue even though it was almost closing time

Penny was awesome... We didn't have a good experience at GT's. Penny went out her way to make sure we had what we needed. If your looking for good service and nice clothes that fit, this is the place to go. Enjoy!!!!

This has got to be one of the best stores that I have found so far to purchase my clothes at. I am 6'8" tall and have struggled to find dress shirts that fit properly. I can actually walk in and get shirts right off the rack that fit as they should for my body type.
The staff at each location has been more than helpful, I recommend checking them out.

Mason is excellent in customer service! He anticipated my needs before I even asked. He also assisted me with my on-line order. I'll be back! My visit was on Friday, April 15th.
