The gentleman that helped me find pants that were on a mannequin was super helpful and nice. They are XL friendly and had plenty to choose from! Fitting rooms had a service button so the employees could go and get you another size. Great AE with excellent staff and stock!

The store associate was very helpful and polite. He took time to make sure I had everything I needed and even helped me find where I had laid my keys down. I was so grateful. The day before I had also been in the store with my husband and daughter and the associate that day was excellent as well. He went out of his way to make sure we got the lowest price listed on the website and had them to price match. An option we wouldn't have known if he hadn't told us. Excellent experience!

They always have the cutest t-shirts! They have great sales going on it seems like every weekend! Their shirts are super soft and fit just right. The cashier was so sweet and she saved me $60 and my boyfriend $50 so that was pretty awesome! I'm also loving the points I get online just for putting in my email at checkout! $15 for free just for that?? Thank you!

I'm a new mom and recently have had to buy new clothing and underwear due to pregnancy weight gain. I've made several orders online, but this was the first time I had gone into a store since I was probably a teenager, lol. I love their jeans and all of the underwear and cozy clothes from Aerie. Its somewhat pricey but great quality. I had a great experience in the store and am very grateful to Mally for being so sweet and such a great help while shopping. I'm not usually the type that likes to work with a sales associate, but she wasn't pushy and really helped me out. Great location, just wish I lived closer!

We were in today school shopping. I believe the gentleman’s name was Malcolm (working the fitting rooms) he was the BEST! The store was packed out! Sent my 13 year old Jace in to try on! His fit, Malcolm saw, went and grabbed another outfit, that we LOVED! So not only was his customer service ABOVE AND BEYOND! He’s making sales for the company! Give the man a raise! He’s on his game!

The staff were fantastic in helping me get a discount on my Birthday last week. I also love my new soft socks. Looking forward to coming back here again.

The one in Hamilton Place is pretty awesome. The staff is always helpful and very nice. I love the real me Arie leggings they are my favorite.

Busy but organized. I was able to find jeans and be out in a matter of 20 minutes. I was impressed with that customer service as well.
