The UPS Store

Excellent service by Marlin, one of the young women working at the store. Helped us navigate through a difficult situation with Amazon, then helped us moving a large package back into our car, even without us asking her for help.

I can’t begin to thank the staff of this UPS location for their help! I used a 3rd party service to deliver some items to be returned as I was visiting and had no car. I realized that miscommunication resulted in most of the items not being scanned. I immediately called the store and the young man that answered was amazing and went above and beyond to provide a solution to get my items processed for return!
Thank you so, so much!!! That was a true example of stellar customer service and deserving of 5+++ stars!

Excellent location and the support staff is amazing. Very attentive and quiet location. Sundays, is the best day to go, they are open from 11 am - 3 pm.

I use this store all the time to drop off packages. I have also used their services for notarizing documents. They are always busy but the service is fast. The workers are efficient and polite.

Once again I had the need to use a computer. As I am already retirement and don't have a computer at home I came to this store where the quality of service and patience is SUPERB!!!!!! Great UPS store location. They're very efficient at what they do and long lines don't take long to shorten. The majority of the staff are notarized which helps if more than one customer needs a notary at the same time. Been there for 10 years and the manager Adriana has been a pleasure to work with. Great job guys!

I Love the way Gina Rodriguez took care of me. First, I needed some information and she was able to answer all my questions. But when I got to the store, the first thing that caught my eye was her big smile giving me the welcome to the store.
