Very friendly staff and the coffe always amazing!!!!!

I love coming here.I’ve been coming here for the past few years after pandemic started and they reopened. I made it to come here every two weeks when I get paid to get my coffee fix. The staff is amazing never disappoints. And I believe managers name is Lisa she is terrific. Thank you nespresso. staff at Dadeland!

I don't know how I didn't place a review from this place... because it's the best part when we go to dadeland mall... and all the sale representative of Nespresso are a Sukhothai Sushi + Asian fusion custumer... They love the restaurant, so I buy all my coffee stuff right there every time!!!

I’ve been here many times; in the morning and in the early afternoon. It’s close to work and convenient but I think I come here for the way it makes me feel to go there.
Everyone is courteous and kniwledgeable but my personal favorite barista is Jose.
There are often lines here and chose always makes an announcement apologizing and stating that everyone will get great customer and fresh, delicious coffee. He is always professional and considerate and remembers prior conversations, asking about my dad who was very sick (and passed) and whom I had mentioned in a moment of frustration with his doctor.
He is always knowledgeable and considerate and makes me feel right at home!

Yesterday my boyfriend and I went to Nespresso to look for a birthday gift for his brother, we were helped by Kathrine (I think is her name) and she was so helpful and nice! We were cracking jokes the entire time, and she was so helpful, she gave us so many suggestions as to what he would like to make sure we left with something he hasn't tried yet! She was so awesome and nice and she deserves a raise!! :)

The service here at Dadeland location is excellent . The staff are absolutely the best. The prompt and attentive service throughout your vist is top notch. Their knowledge and service makes you feel like your family.

Good samples but the lines are long sometimes. You can’t go wrong with the coffee options.

The coffee purchasing counter is on the first floor of the west macys tower. closes to the mall entrance. It is Nespresso at Macys Dadeland mall. this place is comfortable and covinient to anyone in town who needs the cup of coffee now. the selection is great because they don't only stock the usual but you can find some specialties in the backroom for those of us who enjoy the special moments of discovery 😉. there are multiple attendants here. so the wait time is short and sweet. You can get the coffee. purchase the machine, coffee cups and sample one if you are nice enough.

This Nespresso boutique located inside of the Macy's at the Dadeland Mall is one of my favorite spots to get my refills.

I always go there and I know I will be treated like a queen, amazing service, impeccable place, unbeatable prices and after I buy what I want and need one of their staff so well prepared go and make me the coffee of my preference.

Today I tried the Holiday new flavor; Cherry and although I didn't like it, my daughter liked hers, the banana flavor. I bought the banana and the vanilla Holiday flavors for my virtuoline machine.

I enjoy passing by here! The team is so knowledgeable and charismatic! Every time I come in I am welcomed by someone and it makes me feel as if they were waiting for me to come in.

Excellent place to get your coffee supplies from Nespresso. The customer service is excellent and you get to try limited edition coffees. There is usually a line, be a little patient. Its located on the west end of Dadeland mall inside of Macy's.
