Very reasonable place to get housekeys made. They were just under $2 each, which saved me a little by choosing this Ace Hardware instead of the specialty key store on the same block. Plus their prices for other things are pretty reasonable. (At date of this posting, the outdoor broom w/dustpan shown in photos was $11.99, and the yellow industrial dustpan was $22.99.)
Another plus, there are some interesting stores next door, including a miscellaneous shoe and gift store and a Latin hot-food take out spot (shown in photos).

Great help from Veremundo. He really took the time to make sure we understood the parts we needed to fix our AC drain vent. It's the small details that will keep us coming back. Great customer service that did not break the bank.

I absolutely love this place. I can get in and out fast with the correct items I need to get the job done right as well as save time and money. It also is a favorite place for contractors that need a part to finish a job and cannot afford to drive to a Big Box store and have to purchase a whole box of something when they need only a few of like screws, nuts, a half pound of nails, etc. I recently had an issue with florescent lights. A staff member told me 99.9 percent of the time it was the light Light bulbs instead of the starter built into the fixture. The staff member was correct. Because I had 4 bulbs in tandem, after replacing all 4 with new bulbs I had light again.Then there was a toilet with a leak due to a flapper. I ordered a flapper online and it did not work. The leak persisted. A plumber friend told me we could replace the toilet or replace all the guts inside the tank. My plumber friend said it was cheaper in time and effort just to replace the whole thing. Well for less than ten dollars they sold me a kit with a flapper a new ring seal and silicone tube to attach the new seal over the old one. I did it myself and it is as good as new. My plumber friend was amazed! I could write a book about all the items I've purchased here and the time I've saved year in and year out over going to the Big Box store where it always turns into a mission and I cannot get a straight answer or help. That is why I love this place. The staff and owners are very helpful and 100 percent knowledgeable in what you need to get the job done right. They are super nice and helpful. I highly recommend them to one & all!

I love going there, always friendly, very helpful, I find many specific things, and NEVER in LONG lines. Many basic things and tools ready for you even plumbing too. I have been going there over 25 years, never liked going to HUGE hardware stores to find one TINY things for 30 minutes, I find it less than 5 minutes and i am good to go. Everyone treats with respect and kind. I always have positive experience with everyone there.

Always friendly and fine service at Sunset Corners Hardware. They have a surprisingly large amount of items to, including the Agri-Picker.

Tiny old fashioned hardware store with everything. Love these guys. Prices are competitive not discount, but you are in and out in a flash and they still make keys!

What a great place. I love it. It saves you a lot of time. You can wander for hours in the warehouses/stores and never find what you need, much less someone to help you. This hardware store has an amazing variety, and they are always helpful. They listen to you, explain what you need, and show you where it is. They are bilingual, so I don't have to translate for my 80 year-old mother.

Small mom and pop hardware stores are hard to find. This one is special. Employees greet you as you walk in and take you to what you're looking for. They always have what I need.

I have been using ACE Hardware at 7050 S.W.87 Avenue for as long as it has been there and wouldn't trade Veremundo Gomez and Efrain Mendoza for the entire staff at Home Depot. They look at me and know I know nothing and explain and help me as if I were one of my elementary school students.

I could not do anything in my house without them. Whether you are an unhandy woman or man, this is the place to go.

I believe in private enterprise because the people who work there are customer friendly and deserve customers. This is as the commercial says the friendly place to go. So do yourself a favor and Veremundo and Efrain a favor and go to ACE at 7050 S.W. 87 Avenue.
