The Geek Squad was extremely helpful . They complete staff was very diligent and attentive to our needs. They resolved an issue with our IPhone that the Apple store couldn't repair. I was really impressed with there knowledge and ability to complete the repairs . When you have a tech issue go and see them, you will not be disappointed.

Please note: this location is currently in the process of finalizing a remodel. By far, the best electronics big box store in South Miami, with a full audio studio and home theatre. Best Buy is known for their appliances, computers, and studio showrooms. Half of the experience is touching, with a quarter towards immersively seeing and hearing equally, and we can easily do that for hours here. The convenience of purchasing a SIM card or a new cell phone with available carriers is always appreciated. Don't forget to activate your Total Tech membership at checkout! It's going to help you in the long run. You're going to be good, trust me.

I picked up a couple of hard drives I purchased online. The process was so fast I didn't have time to blink. Of course, having no one in front of me on the pick up line helped, but you can always have delays on the employee/store side. Not on the Dadeland store. Life would be so much better if stores do NOTHING ELSE that what they supposed to do... fully recommended...

Bought laptop online and picked up in store. Relatively quick experience. No complaints.

Looks nice after remodeling. They got rid of the car audio install garage. Couldn't find any printers or toner. I guess people don't use them anymore. I like their phone exhibit. They still have car audio but no install.

Awesome shopping experience. Carmen, Roberto, and Kaitlyn were incredibly patient and helpful. Took their time explaining products, plans, delivery, etc. Excellent.

The staff was very helpful. I was looking to purchase a new DJI Mavic 2 Pro and the employee I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable. I understand the restocking fee for drones, but I do wish this did not have such insane restocking fees for cameras.
I needed a gimbal for my dslr and a Lavalier mic last minute because my other equipment was being used for another shoot today. Ended up getting the Crane 3 and the Samson Go Mic. Not my favorite gimbal, but it will do the job. Thank you!

First ever experience with Geek Squad.

I got really lucky to get an appointment within 24 hrs. I called in because I was going to be a little late and the agent assured me not to worry.

Also, it was 30 mnts before closing time, there were a couple of people behind me. I was so sure I would be rushed. But that's not what happened, the agent who I think the initial is AG, took the time to listen to the issue and explained the possible outcome etc etc. The quoted days to finish the repair would be 5 to 10 days, my heart sink :(

But then, at 11AM the very next day, Michael, the agent who's working on my laptop gave me a call to follow up. Unexpectedly fast, and he was able to repair it in no time.

One happy customer. One little bummer, geek squad protection doesn't cover software issue, only hardware.

Ps. They sanitize the desk and chair before every new consultation. Great assurance during this weird time. Highly appreciated.

The thing that sets this best buy apart from the others in my opinion is the hi fi stereo section known as magnolia. OPPO blu ray players, b n w speakers and more! The sound rooms are set up to give you the true sound experience. Definitely worth going to when shopping for low end and high end items. The salesmen were knowledgeable and quite happy to assist.

A quick shout out to Luis Herrera. i needed to purchase many items of which I didn't have a clue about. Luis took me to almost every department in the store and had knowledge of the products so i could make an informed decision. He was patient with me and was very knowledgeable about most items in the store. He paid attention to the details and out of approximately 30 items did not miss anything or any detail. He also helped out when the bank declined my card and helped me during his lunch hour and gave me an overall good shopping experience. I smell management material here! Great job Luis!
