AT&T Store

Bianca and Angie were absolutely amazing and saved me a lot of time and money. They truly made the experience not only painless but enjoyable. They were exceedingly pleasant and helpful and seemed like they genuinely cared about helping people. We need more employees like that in this world.

Jorge Arrieta was extremely helpful and professional. Helped us with all our needs. Very kind gentleman. He was just great!

My experience:
Well, I got there to the store and I was told that someone would be right with me, and promptly after, I had the opportunity to be helped by Angie, whom was very courteous and she was able to explain what my best options were and from there, smooth sailing. So far, best experience at an AT&T store.

Great store with great employees who actually come with the right attitude to do their jobs and give you the right service.

Shoutout to Chris, who give a great service and make sure that i leave the store with the right and best deal!!!

Ricardo was absolutely fantastic. He came to the door one day offered me this wonderful deal faster internet for even cheaper. Something happened with install, he immediately checked in with me via text and call made a new appointment. He really cares. He is wonderful manager. It was a pleasure and he is one of the main reasons I’m deciding to stay with ATT wireless. He deserves a raise. His customer service was 10/10!!!

Brian was knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed the issue with our network data and offered us an internet plan for the house, which we signed for as it is substantially better that the plan the competition was offering is. No sales pressure was ever used and that made the experience quite enjoyable.

Lina is an incredible Manager. She leads by example and ensure customer are assisted in a timely manner. As she moves about the store. She acknowledged the customer, make eye contact and stop by her team members to see if or how she is able to offer support.

Because of past experiences in this store I was reluctant to go back. But I needed service so I decided to go to this store because it is conveniently located near my home.
I am SO HAPPY that I went. I had an excellent experience. Daniel Calix, the assistant manager was amazing !!!

Chris was amazing!!! I went to another store asking for help with my iPad that I use for my business. They gave me the wrong info and I was without my backup device for 3 months. I decided to go to another store and ran into Chris. He immediately identified my SIM card info was wrong and solved the problem in 5 minutes!!!!!! Amazing customer service Chris really saved the day!

Some of the best customer experience I have ever had. The staff is really friendly and always trying to find ways to help you and save money on your next phone bill.
I would highly recommend coming to this location if you already have ATT and if you don't, there is not better place to make the switch.

Great visit at AT&T today! I was expecting to spend a couple of hours there and it was the complete opposite. Phone died over the weekend. Not only did I get a new phone in record time, but the sales guy helped me out with a better plan that is now saving me a bunch of money a month without me even asking. He saw what I had and suggested a different plan that would actually give me more for less money. Great experience and very much appreciated service!

Fantastic customer service, a absolute great experience coming into this store. I was bringing in my number to at&t and came here to do so. The representative was so knowledgable and explained everything so thoroughly. I really appreciate the time and patience they gave me. I feel very happy coming to At&t after spending so many years with Sprint.

The store is very clean very well organized I was greeted at the entrance by a representative with a tablet and they put you on a walk-in list and then there's appointment list I was a walk-in and it went very smoothly I was seeing within 15 minutes by Brian and attendant there an account specialist as they call them and everything went smooth got a new iPhone 14 and it was activated and all my contacts were put on the new phone everything was good I recommend this AT&T location highly Elliott

David and Javier were great and very helpful. They stayed with me trying to solve the situation and even called all support numbers till they fixed the situation. They both went beyond their duties and never got frustrated. I recommend to see David or Javier for your next purchase with AT&T!
