Locatel Medical Equipment & Pharmacy

This place has my heart! Everyone is very welcoming; Especially, Mercy (pharmacist), Regla (front desk) and the manager which I forgot her name. I look forward to pick up my medication every month just to see them. They make you feel like family. Nothing compared to CVS or Walgreens. Locatel is very fortunate to have employees like them. If they were to go elsewhere, I would follow them.
It’s a small store but it has SO much variety that I’m sure you will find what you’re looking for and a piece of home that comes along with walking into Locatel.

This pharmacy is seriously phenomenal! The staff is SO kind and so helpful, and my medications are always ready on time. There is also a personal touch here at Locatel which you do not experience at other pharmacies, and they take the time to answer any and all questions you have. I switched to here from a Walgreens and will NEVER go back to them or any other pharmacy. Highly, highly recommend.

Always have my meds ready when I need them to be! Whenever I have a question for the pharmacist, I always get called back if she’s not there or it’s addressed right then and there. Love this place!

I had a great experience in the Locatel pharmacy, I went looking for vitamins, and the person that help me was amazing. She explained to me everything about the different between vitamins and the importance of them to our bodies. I recommend this place because they have good products and the customer service is excellent. Finally, when I went to pay I spoke with the Pharmacy doctor called Tania and she was incredibly helpful and kind.

This is a family pharmacy. It's like you are talking to an aunt or cousin who is willing to help you and knows what's best because of their knowledge.

The customer service was really good, they keep the place clean and it upholds CDC guidelines for COVID-19. The workers are also very knowledgeable about their products and will cater to what fits the customer the best. I highly recommend visiting to get what you need.

I went today for a Pcr Test for the 3er time and its the first time they were very organized and I think her name it’s Nathalie from Colombia she was very helpfull and also very patience the girl was polite and educated I get my result in less than 24 hours thanks I will be back soon if the service was like today.. the other girls need more patience most likely the cashiers..

I had one of fhe greatest services i have ever received in my life in a pharmacy. The pharmacist assisted me with a product i need from outside the counter and help me find another one for my condition, she was very professional. Also the pharmacy was very organized and with lots of products that you regularly dont find easily in other pkaces. In general the personal was very corteous and familiar.

I love locatel pharmacy, do you have vitamin products with great price, Also those of skin care are incredible, of very good brands, and of quality, I always find what I am looking for, their staff is very well trained, and their pharmacist Tania is very professional, and kind, I definitely recommend her.

amazing they have what CVS, Walgreens, PUblix Pharmacy do not have looking specifically for Pedialite pediatric no flavor....and always have it in stock...congratulations keep up the good work....Btw customer service excellent....and I must add cant believe the bad reviews given to Locatel Pharmacies in this forum....let me say that the person I have spoken almost in every phone call made is with Ms Nilda Gonzalez and always has been very attentive and professional....going out of her way trying to find if the Pedialite that every so often we by has more in stock than what they only have in the shelves to the public....is a pleasure to patronage Locatel Pharmacy....sometimes I believe these forums are used very unfairly by competitors to diminish and harm a particular vendor let's keep that in mind...is a knife of double edge.. let's be fair here people.....there is a lot of evil out there and ill intended folks...but all that does returns back to the originator.

Today I had to go to this Locatel since the other did not have what I needed, they received me very well, then a woman named Rosa assisted me, she helped me find what I needed, all very kind, I highly recommend it
