Costco Wholesale

We moved to Grand Haven 4 weeks ago and the Grand Rapids Wyoming store is our nearest Costco. Julie our cashier was fantastic and welcomed us to the area. James at customer service helped us turn are rebate into a check for deposit. Thanks Vance

New Membership , I found the Grandville store clean, organized, team members easily located when help was needed and friendly when questions were asked especially Jess at the Membership center.
Looking forward to utilizing the benefits the memberships provides.

Figs! They have the best dried figs ever! Other favorites include the salmon, the Sanders Sea Salt Caramels, and the croissants. I sometimes stop in for just a slice of the food court pizza. And the experience is worth the membership fee.

Very busy all the time but the employees are all very nice and so are the sample people! Found some good clearance deals in the clothing. Takes awhile to find parking.

Always great sales,stocked well, helpful staff and great choices. The only problem i have and I guarantee everyone says this, is the store is always soooo busy. It needs to expand. Two check out areas on opposite sides of the warehouse, parking lot twice as big. The place is soo busy from the second they open until closing. They need to expand somehow. Please Costco

I showed up for an appointment, but it was canceled. I was beyond help, lol. I'm waiting for my next visit now. Got to eat lunch for free...and it was good. Nothing diet lol! Not that I'm complaining, but I was told I could be helped when ever needed, but only if I make an appointment. I bought my hearing aids for $5,999.99 and they have never work correctly...lol (Maddi gave me a gift hearing). I have not heard birds sing in thirty years. I can hear them all now...I Making a public statement: I called Madeline a liar, but she is a child of God. I hurt her (Betsy & Chrissy too). They are Awesome. Can't wait to go back...I can only hope for their Forgiveness!

We love the Grandville Costco. Whether it be the pharmacy, eyeglasses (we save a lot of $$$ through them), tire department, or even the former Verizon, now T-Mobile kiosk, we have received excellent customer service anytime we require it.
Highly recommended!

Went here later in the evening, was able to get almost everything I came for except a big bag of dog food.

On the way out, I got a Chocolate Chip Cookie from the food court. It was amazing! I will definitely be back.

Also offer supreme pizza at snack bar by the piece or whole to take out. Yummy..

We are a small family, so I never thought we would use Costco a lot until we got a membership! We love it here. We even go for date nights just to walk around and see what’s new. Also, it is the best place to get glasses. I saved $600 getting my glasses here. It’s also the best place to get cakes for large gatherings. We definitely save a lot of money on household items although we end up spending more money on other things because we always find something new that we didn’t know we needed. Everyone at this location is very friendly and it is well managed. Love our Costco!

Busy, but so is every Costco. Friendly staff and well stocked. Clean location. Traffic can be a little tough sometimes, so avoid peak hours.

The people in the eyeglass department are great but, the star of the store is Betsy in the hearing department. Her dedication, understanding of customer needs, and options goes beyond words. Her dedication is changing my life.

Staff is always friendly and the warehouse clean.

My husband and I do most of our shopping at the two Costco locations. This one is a little smaller and sometimes doesn't carry as much, bit I've also found products here that the other didnt have.

They have a great selection of fresh seafood. If you are looking for fresh king crab, shrimp, lobster, or walleye, this is the place to go. Their steaks are top notch too! I am also impressed by their selection of Keto/Low Carb products. I highly recommend Costco to anyone, even if you are a family of 2!

What isn't there to love about Costco. Found several good buys on things I always use and was able to stock up. Happy shopper.

I like the parking here. The cars are far enough apart. To avoid disgusting women opening the car door in a way that pushes it all the way out to hit the car next to it.

Everything u need hete,! Very cheap place! We love the pumpkin pie for $6 which are huge!

It's the best place to buy in bulk and save a bundle. Very fast check out experience for such a large store. Great staff!
