Panera Bread

I really love this location. I went through the drive-thru for dinner this evening. Unfortunately, when I arrived home neither of the sandwiches I ordered were in the bag. I went back and went inside to inform them that sandwiches were missing. Both the individual at the register and the manager were extremely kind, apologetic and generous in offering additional items to show sincerity. The customer service from both employees I encountered was phenomenal. As always, the sandwiches ended up being very good. Thank you for the good food and wonderful customer service!

My favorite location. The Cafe is super big and a great place to meet. They are consistent in the quality of food, speed, and service.
The kind drive thru woman actually walked my food out so I wouldn't have to wait in the long line to pick up my mobile order. I had a migraine, and this gesture made my day so much better with her kindness. ❤

It takes me awhile to figure out what I'm ordering and she is always patient with me and smiles! We have been eating here Alot more because she is there to greet us and take our orders!

I ordered a sandwich that had horse radish sauce which I had not expected. I was disappointed because I don't care for horse radish but after asking the manager about it she cheerfully made another sandwich for me with just mayo. It wasn't just the willingness to do it but her smile and cheerfulness in doing it that impressed me. You have a customer for life.

Very friendly staff, got bagels, summer salad and strawberry mint lemonade. Freshly prepared and tasty.

The staff and crew there were great as it was close to closing. Buf they servef us well and food is wonderful as always.

Along with the great quality food and service, this Panera is a very welcoming place to gather with friends and co-workers. Highly recommended!

I was passing by this town and I had a craving for a sandwich from Panera Bread and I found this one, it looks cool from the outside, a lot different from the ones I have visited in Chicago, the inside has a great environment kind of relaxing, it also has a second floor were you can dine in, service is great with a friendly staff

The manager Quinn was so amazing, kind, helpful and sweet. Will be back just because of him and the other awesome workers.

This is the cleanest Panera we've been to. We love their food.

I'd just like to put out there the absolute respect I have for the employees here. After an unsavory experience with a pickup order on UberEats, I came back after school after not getting my order, just to ask if there was anything they could do, as a last ditch type of thing to not be down money. They not only Re-made my order in full, but apologized for something that wasn't even their fault, and were nice, professional, and just anazing while doing it. You all are fantastic, and are genuinely the nicest workers out there. Much love.

Went with family and we had another good experience. I had the Maple Glazed Bacon, Scrambled Egg & Cheese wrap. It was pretty good.

Line out the door, but kiosks we’re available for ordering with no wait. Southwestern Caesar salad was big and delicious. Plenary of seating even at lunch.

Coffee was completely out. I asked one of the workers (wearing a green bow - didn’t get her name- for saint patricks day) and she took care of it immediately! They were slammed with customers at the time so I was surprised at their responsive customer service. Love it. I really like this Panera. 3/17

I had a great meal! Everything was fresh and delicious and was brought to my table quickly, even though it was very busy.

We had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with a baguette as a side and a Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich with Chip and a pickle, plus coffee. Both were so good, as usual, we love Panera! We will be back again for sure! Yummm!

Fast, friendly service with great quality food!

Coffee was good, self service with kiosk, hence 3 stars (no interaction with the staff) Not too busy, so atmosphere was fine.

I had the Roasted Turkey & Bacon Avocado sandwich thing *exact name might not be correct*. I don't often try new stuff, but I was pleasantly surprised by this one! I normally get the Broccoli Cheese Soup, my favorite and I have always loved their Strawberry Banana Smoothie. This was my first time at this location. As is the norm for Panera Bread, the staff was friendly and helpful. And the atmosphere is just better than normal restaurants. It's quieter and calmer, making it my favorite place for meetings.
