The store and employees are very welcoming. Our sales lady, Lois was extremely patient and accommodating. She was very attentive to our needs…..she listened!
Shopping for furniture can be very frustrating but she made it seem easy.
We were impressed with how highly she spoke of the Ashley family and truly enjoys her job. I would highly recommend the Grandville store and refer them to Lois.

Delivery time was within a week and the delivery team was very courteous and careful . Placed the furniture and made sure that we were totally satisfied with it.

Raciel delivered beyond excellent customer service. He was very attentive and answered all of my questions. He even had great insight on which colors would match my living room! It was a pleasure working with him and having him as my salesman, the entire process was very smooth and Raciel explained everything in detail along the way. I will definitely continue to go to Raciel for all of my furniture needs.

Loved the experience shopping at Ashley! Chris helped us find the perfect sectional for our home and Kim made it a breeze to purchase. All employees are super attentive and are sure to meet our expectations! At no point did we feel forced to purchase anything.

My boyfriend and I had Aaron working with us to help us find a bed frame! He was a blast to work with. He made working with him feel very personal and he made it a point to reach out to us when their store had a sale going on so we wouldn’t miss out. After we had purchased our bed frame he reached out to us next day and let us know it was a pleasure working with us and once we receive our bed frame to reach out again letting him know how assembling it went! Overall a 10/10 experience!

Greg was incredibly helpful. I had come home with a broken ankle and couldn’t get out of my chair without help. He told me that I could buy an on-floor chair, which I did. He went above and above by having that chair delivered the next day. Very happy!! Would definitely recommend!!

We had just moved into our new house and needed to furnish it. We had certain specifications on what we needed and we found everything we wanted in the clearance center! Quentin was so helpful with everything we needed. It was delivered in the timeframe that they said it would be and everything looks great! We would definitely recommend Ashley furniture store and we would shop here again if we needed anything.

Benny was prompt, friendly and professional. He worked hard to find us the right furniture to fit our dining room dimensions and at the same time accommodate our seating capacity goals.

This was a great experience, friendly staff. Very knowledgeable about their products and about how much youll have to pay monthly. They have a few different options regardless leasing. You can get a beer as well if your 21 or older

Greg was fantastic, very easy to talk to and helpful. He cared about ensuring the dining table we chose fit our space and style. Also, delivery is with 2-3 weeks which is great lead time compared to other local furniture stores.

The gentleman that helped me he introduced his self. When I came in the store he let me shop, and I found what I wanted, and I found him can’t think of his name. He was very nice and I’m very pleased with my dining room table set. I’m gonna need two more chairs though, but I’ll talk about that when they deliver my furniture in 2 to 3 weeks.
