Excellent visit. Had some metal in the tire i picked up on the Zeeland onramp. Discount got me in and after determining they could not fix the tire due to the size of the hole, sold me a new tire. Excellent work and quick turnaround rates 5 stars.

Michael was very helpful and got us taken care of within the same day. We were able to travel back home with our vehicle having the safety in mind that we will be ok. Thank you for working so hard and quick.

Very thorough & thoughtful staff. Super busy time of year & this staff went above and beyond to take care of their customers. Friday evening & staff stayed late to make sure all their customers had been served. This was my first experience with discount tire & I was extremely impressed. I definitely recommend this location for tire service. I plan to go back if needed.

Simply Amazing customer service!! When I got my tires swapped, they accidentally forgot to put my hubcaps back in. They ordered me new ones and installed them with no hesitation. Making up for their mistake was a no brainer to them and with a great attitude and such a friendly manner they quickly took action. I so appreciated the customer care and my interactions with them. Shout out to Karl, who helped me with everything during this process!

Had tires installed last week and there was a slight balance issue. It happens as no tire machine is perfect, Brian Nelson (Store Manager) and his staff demonstrated EXCEPTIONAL customer service by fixing this issue and creating a long term customer!

Came here with a flat tire and these guys helped me no charge to fill and balance the tire. Very nice guys yesterday. All about helping. Guyz deserve a raise for their hard working friendly service.

Discount tire always provides phenomenal service. Phil at the front desk did a great job getting me the best price in the City for tires. This place will give you free tire rotations if you do purchase tires here. the warranty on the tires are usually worth it and I have used it and saved money purchasing new tires when I had a problem. Thanks for everything guys!

I had the unfortunate experience of getting a flat on the highway. Super grateful for these guys. I was able to get in much quicker than anticipated. They were helpful, courteous and I sure appreciate the no charge flat repair.

Had a appointment on a rainy day, they were super friendly and awesome about getting my wheels/rims swapped out and a tire rotation/balance! They did it in a amazing amount of time. Staff was very respectful and professional. I appreciate them going out of their way to makes things as smooth as possible!

I got my tires rotated today at Discount Tire and they were so wonderful to me! Really nice and friendly staff. I’ll be back in the near future!

I purchased winter tires in November of 2022 and had the Grandville discount tire swap out my summer set for my winter set. Everything went smooth until I went to load my summer tires into my car to have them put back on. The tire bag they provided slipped off and I noticed 2 of the 4 tires given back to me were the wrong tires.

I went in and explained the situation and they were very understanding and ordered me 2 new tires. Mistakes happen and I appreciate the quick help they offered to rectify the situation.

They have always been able to provide great service and quality work. Recently I had a non-repairable puncture and they were able to get me in the same day.

The Grandville Discount Tire is a great place. I’ve had to use them twice in the last year for two different cars. They are super friendly and helpful, and always respectful. I never once have felt like I’m being tricked into buying something I don’t need. They are my go-to for tires!
