I was in there for just some leaf bags, and it not being the season for them to be out, they were far back and up high, they made it a priority to get me the 4 packs I wanted, had to wait at the service desk while they got them, and was asked 3 or 4 times by different people if I was being helped. I very much appreciated the customer service here.

Who doesn't love Home Depot. I always spend more than I meant to, the people are always super helpful. Not sure where they find so many helpful people, but I'm always very grateful. Thanks ya'll.

I went in for some succulents.....the vendor Mary was so kind and knowledgeable about them. She is really an asset to the store!!

Best in class. Of the three large similar supply stores, H-D has been doing the best job for us, lately. Large selections, competitive prices, good customer service, however, specialty sections (appliances) lacked in personnel (b/c as one employee put it: we can’t get quality people to come here and work). I thought that issue had gone away, but I keep seeing it again and again.

Frequently here for projects. The staff is always very friendly and know what they are talking about. The staff walks by you and asks how you are doing and if they can help. They also have a variety of pretty much everything. Easily 5 stars.

Large selection of Milwaukee tools.i purchased a Milwaukee air company which I would recommend to anyone!

My husband went in to buy a combination lock for my son for school and no one knew what lock he was looking for so he ended up buying a bulky lock, when he went to purchase the lock an employee by the name of Charlotte seen what was going on and told my husband that she knew exactly what he was looking for and brought him straight to the locks and it was exactly what he wanted. So I want to thank her and give her the recognition that she deserves for giving superior customer service.

We were bored waiting for an installation at Best Buy so we walked here and went shopping. Such a fun place for people to just shop around. We got plenty of ideas for a new home, when we buy, and saw a lot of good stuff. Good prices, great people, and very friendly staff.

Came in with a problem with one of my deadbolt locks and they were very helpful in finding someone who could help me. Stewart was A+ in service, quickly fixed my lock free of charge and I was on my way. I wish I caught the name of the other individual who helped me because he was on top of finding someone to help as well. They earned a customer over Lowes today in my opinion

Went to Home Depot in Grandville. A customer service person, named Chris, went out of his way to help us from looking up on line what I wanted to going with us to the service desk to make sure it was ordered correctly. He should be commended for his help.

We located everything we needed. A friendly and knowledgeable male employed helped us find kitchen faucets. A male check-out clerk assisted in scanning and payment of items.

Delt with door replacement, knowledgeable staff, and very helpful.

Great customer service from Chase. He helped me find everything I needed. Was very knowledgeable about the location of each item I asked about and was able to help other customers and employees at the same time. He did it all with a smile in his voice (he was wearing a mask). All employees should watch a video of him working with customers. Thank you Chase.

I currently work here. So I may be a bit biased. But we at this store work hard to give excellent service and make sure all the products you need are available and all the questions you have are answered. Our staff is colorful and friendly, our products are quality and we'll stocked, and we will do what we can to make sure you always leave happy, and knowing that you got exactly what you needed. The deals are competitive as well. Any good deal you find elsewhere, The Home Depot will match it. The store and bathrooms are always clean and stocked as well. Chase was very helpful today in making sure I got the right ladder I was looking for that would be able to fit in the back of my Tesla Model Y without being too loose during take-offs. Excellent customer service.. wish I could say every experience was like this though

Like Home Depot. Carry many of the brands I prefer, especially in tools. Generally I find them a bit less expensive than Lowe's. Most of the people who work here are pleasantly helpful.
