The whole process took less than 15 minutes to complete the iPhone 15 pre order. Very friendly support. Advised me ways to save money with AARP. Gave clear information on what will happen next. There were no surprises. Highly recommend this store and Jorge who worked on my pre order. Happy and satisfied.

Just ask for Zay. He has amazing customer service, super knowledgeable and professional. He has came to our rescue multiple times and has been able to successfully resolve any issues we've had. We will also remember you which is a huge plus.

Lindsay, the manager, went above and beyond the call of great customer service. She had great patience and a fantastic personality! I have an AT&T router/modem that I needed information on, and Lindsay had all the right answers and directives to give me to get that important information on the device. She was amazing!! Came in because I was having an issue with my sons watch and the staff (especially Alexa) was so helpful. I was seen right away and she pulled up all the information and helped me get an insurance claim sorted. Quick and easy process, friendly staff, I come here whenever I need ATT support. Thank you!

After visiting three other stores throughout the month, I went into this AT&T store today and came out very happy! Alexa was extremely helpful in helping me resolve logistical issues that had delayed my order for over a month. Past employees at other locations had overlooked my explanations and requests, but Alexa was very attentive in clarifying all questions, resolving all issues, and giving support for over an hour. She was very kind and patient. At some point I even considered switching networks, but thanks to Alexa I remain with AT&T! Five stars for sure!

I went in just before closing to add international service to my plan. The customer service rep was very friendly and asked me a few questions to help me pick the best plan for me. She quickly setup the change in my plan and explained what I needed to do once I got to my destination. I would definitely return to this location.

Anthony is very knowledgeable and his disposition to help and explain is out standing. Everyone in the shop, including the manager were very courteous and
showed themselves available and caring. That's the best AT&T shop I'ce been so far.

I had Angie as my sales rep. It was very smooth and efficient experience. She is very familiar with the process and so kind to look for all promotions to apply to my account. While I purchased with the screen protector, she also helped to put it on my screen! this location does not get too much traffic either so is much more efficient than some of the others! Highly recommended!

Today i visited AT&T gallery Mountain-view i have been introduced by a very soft spoken and helpful lady name as Alexa, she was awesome in describing the phone plans n other services in very professional manner. Thanks for hospitality and prompt service.

WOW. I was blown away at how incredibly helpful was today.It is rare that anyone shocks me in providing laudable assistance in a retail location, but the employee here were incredible patient, knowledgeable, and over-the-top excellent in making many adjustments to my new rate plan. The manager, Alexa, was extraordinarily polite, diligent, and superb at delivering top-notch customer service.

Alexa was awesome! Very helpful, personable, attentive and knowledgeable of not only the process but devices as well. She even took time out of her personal time, (I made her late for church) to make sure I was fully taken care of. It's very hard to find people like her these days.

Lindsey was so awesome! She made sure my device was working properly and I am so thankful for her knowledge and expertise.

I have been w/ ATT for a long time. Had bad experience at Milpitas Ranch Dr location. I tried Mountain View location since it’s close to my work & I am very satisfied with their customer service, especially Lindsay Perez.
