Starbucks

Ordered 2 drinks in app. It took me 5 minutes to walk from Eagle Park to this Starbucks location and my drinks were ready. Hassle free when picking up. I didn’t need to ask for anything. Straws, napkins, strays and to go bags were displayed near the pickup station.

Perfect location on Castro and opens at 6am. Love this place ample with seating and charge sockets. Big space and good staff. Bathroom doesn’t require a code so it’s convenient when you need to go while enjoying your coffee.

I’m a regular at Starbucks and this location passes the vibe check with flying colors. Every time I’ve ordered my food and drinks are the correct order and right temperature. It’s clean for a downtown location and there’s lots of seating. Great place to enjoy a coffee and study or charge your phone. Have to give a shoutout to the employees for handling the influx of people during the power outages with kindness and hardwork 🫶

I had been meaning to catch up with a close friend of mine for almost 3 yrs ( COVID .... Social distancing... traveling) so finally today was the day we both got some free time so we decided to catch-up at Starbucks Mountain View location.

We decided to order Lemonade since it's was hot outside-
I choose Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade

We loved both the drinks it was refreshing given it was very warm outside...

Since we had lot of catching up we choose to sit outside where we can talk without disturbing anyone....

Service was friendly & fast looking forward to meet her again at MV location!!!

Everytime I come here is great. Staff is super nice and beverages are the same you would expect from other starbucks.

Starbucks doesn’t use a bad type of sugar anymore! Its nice to get their chai latte and walk around the Library’s park. Stop by and read a bit ya know?

Above and beyond service, asked for extra whip and caramel & they gave me exactly what I asked for 12/10 😍😍

A rather busy location, which is good as it is open later than other stores in the area.

Some indoor seating and spacious outdoor seating along the walkway. There’s also lots of seating along the street.

Parking can be a challenge here as there is limited parking in front on Castro.

Stopped here for a latte, able to find parking right in front of the store. Well maintained starbucks, restroom was clean. Service was quick.

Update: Restrictions removed. Great staff, and coffee!

Masks still required at this Starbucks. Even though Santa Clara county and the state has transitioned to remove that restriction. The service has always been great here, and the cashier was very polite, however the message hasn't arrived. Definitely will come back once that restriction is removed.

Friendly store and the restrooms is always clean. Pastries often out of stock but that seems to be the rule at Starbucks these days. Key selling point for this location: lots of plugs for computer or charging phone. And if they're full, there's lots of outdoor seating.

I had a small issue with my order, and/but my barista fixed it immediately. Very nice experience

Wonderful service and manager is sooo kind. Great place to sit and work, but I'm also a fan of meeting people here specially “ Josephine “ She is so kind. Overall, love the ambiance and atmosphere of this place.

I got a Mango Dragon Lemonade and it was amazing. They made the food and drinks quickly so bonus points. Hope this was helpful to Starbucks lovers.

Awesome location. Super friendly staff n barista who helped me with my order to make it fast n asked me to pay later, while I was running late for an imp meeting.

I used to visit here very often and I
highly appreciate their friendly gesture to help me in saving time when I was in real hurry.

Very busy but great service

I ordered ahead and requested for something to be put in my drink. They ran out and apologized very nicely and gave me a next-on-us card. Would like to acknowledge the fact that they actually tried to make sure the customer is satisfied. ;)

Staff are very friendly. Drink usually well made. In door sitting also open back, the tables are too small for my taste but things are getting back to normal.

Very friendly staff, always correct your drink if they (rarely) make a mistake. It's a great starbucks location!

There are a good number of seats there except sometimes on sunny weekends. The service is consistently good. The music could be a bit more quiet but it hasn't bothered me too much.
