Overall, the customer service is amazing. The self-check out was easy and customer friendly to navigate. There were buzzers available to register our number for our meal. The staff brought us our meal as we waited at the table areas. The hazelnut coffee was warm and fresh. The sandwiches also tasted fresh. The environment is chill, clean and well organized.

Great selection of baked goods, sandwiches, coffee and more. Danish, coffee cake, cinnamon roll especially good. Daily coffee program a nice addition. Friendly efficient staff. Order for pickup inside or brought out to you. Nice outdoor seating area when available.

This is my all time favorite cafes of all time. The tomato soup is extremely flavorful. The chicken chipotle pizza is a great item to share. The free apple or kettle chips is a bonus. Also, I love the smoothies and beverage choices. If you need a quick meal, stop by ANY Panera and you won't be upset!

Ok, I love Panera. It is such a classic comfort food. It’s fresh, the portions are generous, and I have never had anything bad there. One of the things I like most about Panera is its consistency. It has the predictability of McDonald’s with the freshness of a local bakery and the quality of a sit down cafe.

It’s hard to find good bagels in California (compared to the Midwest or East Coast) but Panera’s are decent, with good cream cheese, and the cinnamon crunch ones are a fun twist.

Their mac and cheese is so gooey and creamy and comforting, and their chipotle chicken avocado sandwich reminds me of a Mexican torta. The chicken on sandwiches and salads is always well cooked and tender in a way that I can never get it at home, and the You Pick Two + a side means there’s a ton of different variations to try based on mood. Have a cold? Get two different soups and tea. Got two kids to feed? Give one the half sandwich and the other mac and cheese, for less than the kids menu.

Anyway, I digress - but I hope this location stays here for a long time. It’s a healthy and fresh option that reminds me of home and is a million times better than making a quick run to a fast food place, for only a few minutes longer. You can go for any meal of the day from early until late, and find a safe, quiet, calm place to eat or work where no one will rush you and there’s always something new to try.

It’s nothing fancy, but it’s good when you want deli or bakery items. The mobile orders are completed quickly, however make sure to grab ALL your food because it’s normally in multiple bags on a shelf. They also forgot my muffin last time, but I think that was a one-time mistake and it’s never happened any other times.

This location is very clean. The food was very good and hot and the team was very pleasant. I rarely go to Panera Bread when I’m home, however, visiting this location in Mountain View California was a great experience.

Great place for a coffee, or a meal. Panera Bread > Starbucks! This store is clean, and employees are friendly.

Great for breakfast or bringing a pastry for co-workers. They have a nice bread selection, the egg tart is tasty and salads or sandwiches are good. Service is nice. There is an outside place to eat, almost park-like among the trees.

The food is always good from this location. Especially the mac n cheese. My partners kids love it. Order's correct 99% of the time but nothing that can't be saved by checking the bag. .

Panera Bread offers delicious, fresh food and a cozy atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for a casual dining experience.

Stopped here quickly in the morning to get a chai latte and a drink and everything was quick and great. Don't agree with their food prices, but nice spot.

A great spot for breakfast or lunch. Outdoor seating is fantastic.

I went there today morning for the first time and I will definitely come back. The pumpkin muffin was awesome!

Favorite Restaurant and amazing food. It's great to eat fast as you can order online and they also have great drinks.

I like going to this Panera before work. They make my food really fast, and their French bread is so good. They have plenty of curbside parking, in front of their restaurant. I only use curbside at panera, so I love this location, exceptionally because of their curbside. They are great when it comes to curbside service.

Have been having lunch here for the last few months almost daily. Have started trying different menu items to expand my choices. Most have been great. None have been a disaster, but won't be add to my lunch selections.
Have gotten to know some of the staff and it's nice to be greeted by name. So I'd say Panera has a great selection on the menu and friendly people serving it.

Always fresh and tasty. Love the soups and combination meals. Add up club points for free food.
