Best place to print, ship and even buy shipping supplies. Staff is friendly and efficient. Always finds the least expensive way to get my packing and shipping done. Amazon returns - no problem and doesnt charge extra to print the free shipping labels. Consistent - have used them for years. ( Used this location rather than one closest to my house because they're so much better).

Awesome customer service! Went to return package and received label for another company. Staff was able to assist with proper packaging/labeling despite needing to drop off w/competitor plus super pleasant in the process.

I use this UPS Store in the Best Buy parking lot several times a week for my home business and I've accumulated enough visits here to give a honest evaluation. I'll start by saying I use this business by choice and drive past other similar companies by personal choice. Since my job has high demands my vendors must be the BEST available because there's no time or room for problems or excuses. My expectations are high and the UPS Store on Rivers Ave near Best buy are at the Top of their Game with quick service with a smile, professionalism, High Quality work, and never problems or excuses!! UPS is My Store and vendor. Make them yours...You won't be sorry!

I have been bringing my business to this store since the pandemic. The Goose Creek UPS store was extremely rigid about masks (informed me there would be no medical exceptions) and I was very pregnant and dizzy/dry heaving from nausea even a few minutes in a mask - but this store never harassed me about not wearing a mask and they have always been extremely efficient and kind.

Today, office Depot refused to print a small full color print job while I was present and willing to wait in store because "We only take print orders through the app or online and I have a lot of online orders ahead of you" even though I was the ONLY person at the print counter and had been told I could email while in store and print in the past after they missed an online order in the past and left us in a bind on a tight timeframe.

So I went to my car and thought a minute and remembered this UPS store down the street. I emailed them the job and they kindly took the two minutes to run my job on a busy day (but efficiently- they still helped other customers while it was printing) and checked me out quickly.

I will be bringing all my future small business print jobs to this UPS store as well. In all the times I have been there they are super competent, efficient, but also chill and friendly - and they seem to work well together and be kind to each other too.

Ebony was awesome!!! Very patient with each customer handling the phone with poise and even tone, helped me find my label on Amazon explaining the process on how to find it, while handling the line scanning in packages. Will visit again!!!

Out of all the UPS stores I’ve frequented over the years, this one is by far my favorite. Always professional and SO kind! It’s the kindness that does it for me, as it’s hard to find these days. I go out of my way to come to this specific store.

Awesome! If I could give it six stars I would. Used this location for Notary, shipping and first time for returning Amazon purchase. I was wondering how would get that mattress from my car to the store as been big and heavy.... (my husband loaded in the car) as soon as I opened the doors of the van employee was right there to help me. Very pleased with this store. Big thank you!

After mine and my husband's paper work was lost by a different carrier. He took our letter yesterday to ups and Darnell promised him that it would make it to its destination by end if day today. My husband dropped it 1030ish in the morning yesterday anf it was at its Destination by 1030 this morning today. Thank you so much for everything Darnell

We use this store on a daily to bi-daily basis. The staff is EXCELLENT! Always very helpful and willing to go the extra mile for their clients.

The owner Darnell is the only reason I'd ever use UPS again. He is the epitome of stellar customer service.

My package said it got delivered to me in VA and then magically sent back to SC to this location because the receiving store failed to inform me of a 5-7 day hold policy when they called to let me know it had arrived and I told them I worked 12 hr shifts for the entirety of them being open, and would get there when I can. Called UPS customer service and was told BY A SUPERVISOR that the package was picked up by the sender once returned to the store even though the tracking info showed no such thing... It was on Darnell's shelf. He apologized and worked with me to make arrangements to receive my package, which contains MY CELL PHONE. I HIGHLY recommend him and his store to anyone in need of shipping/receiving.

I do business here frequently, shipping packages for online shoppers. Well pruced printing with knowledgeable staff who have gone out of their way to help me with my own work.

Polite, professional, efficient. That's how I would describe their work.
