I want to thank you guys for your service, I went to an appointment and when I finish my car battery was dead, I called numerous places and no help. I called them they're super nice and even though they don't have jumping car battery service they got all my info and they show up and charged my battery in less than 5 minutes. I went to their shop and they everything you and more, I got a new battery and the service was excellent and fast. Thank you guys you save my day.

The young man not only helped me see if all my batteries were weak or just some then he made sure they were working perfectly before he took my money and gave me a military discount. Very nice.

Customer service here is INSANE. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a battery. I don’t know anything about cars. I needed a battery and the guy at the front desk helped me chose the battery, parts I needed for the correct connection, LET ME USE HUS TOOLS FOR FREE and said just return them when I’m free, GAVE A ME RIDE HOME TO MY CAR FOR FREE. The guy who took me home was so nice too and offered to help put the batter on. My second week here in Joplin and PPL are SO nice. Kings work here!!!!!! Kyle and Jed give them a raise! And whoever the kid who gave me a ride and the tall guy who helped me get the battery and lended me the tools give that man a RAISE NOWWWWWWWWW

Zack and Brian (sorry if names aren't spelled correctly) were super helpful, great work ethic and generous people. Hard workers me and my wife were in and out in 5 minutes at most and got everything we needed because of these 2 gentlemen. Thank y'all for your help today
