Friendly workers answered any questions I had about the PS5 I bought and what kinda games I could try out

I am not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to computer stuff. I needed help getting system up and running. They went way out of their way to help me get it going. I was so impressed I bought them lunch. What a great bunch of fellas’.

This is the highlight of my trip. The store leader is the nicest guy I’ve met. I had some problems with the product I bought and he handled it very well and he was incredibly kind about it. I left the store with the biggest smile ever thanks to him.

Went in for the 11 @ night release of Pokemon Violet and Scarlett! It was cool to see so many fellow Pokemon fans! The store was playing Pokemon The First Movie and even had Pokemon Stadium 2 hooked up so people could play! It was great and I'm happy there's still a gamestore that does special release events for games!! 😁

Staff has gotten much better and sales have been pretty good recently and they offer military discount and still do night releases for some games coming out.

I have been going to this GameStop since they opened here, and the store in the mall before that. I have never had a bad customer service experience here. Sometimes they are really busy, but when they do get to me, they have always answered my questions, given me their thoughts and reviews on games, and never steered me wrong. Yes, the trade-in price tends to be a bit low, but if you take the time to become a rewards member, and buy, sell, and trade through them, the benefits are great, and more than make up for lower trade-in.

The people who work there are very attentive and helpful! It's nice to be in a store where the employees are friendly and helpful! I look forward to going back when it isn't quite so busy and asking questions.

So I came in to swap out controllers with my 1 year warranty, and I got the controller swapped out real fast. And went home, got it out the next day, and all my audio was messed up, so I called and they told me to come in and they would purchase free swap the controller and the warranty for free! Thanks game stop and the man who helped me out, I didnt get his name, but you know who you are! Thanks! ✨✨✨✨✨

I can't say how much I enjoy going here! They always have a great selection of games and consoles, not to mention all the collectables, too many for me to afford. The staff here is amazing, very knowledgeable, nerdy, and overall great people to have a conversation with!

I was just at the Gamestop on rangeline in Joplin Mo and I had the best experience I've ever had at any store. The lone employee made every effort to help us with anything and everything, he was incredibly sociable and helpful. His name was Brandon, I think his last name was Boaz. I just wanted to make sure that his boss is knows about the amount of work Brandon is putting into his job.
