Great service but there is a gas shortage all over Charleston right now Thursdays November 2 2012...the aftershock of Sandy up north I guess :(

Small station but it has cigarettes blunts and beer!

Sign out from reads "Shell" for gas. Pumps are Shell. Tried to use my Bilo bonus card and it wouldn't work. Pump displays "Bilo bonus card customs save even more..." I go inside and the clerk states that they're not a Shell gas station. Waste of my time.

very rude never been to a place where i feel like all the employees hate the job and take it out on the customer, on the cell phone and act like i have interrupted them then give me a attitude, also waiting at the register while they are smoking cigarettes. need better customer service if you don't like your job quit.

Old store. Few pumps. Out of date. Fair variety of snacks. Walkin beer cooler.

Went into to use restroom first.
I was planing to make a snack purchase and fill the truck with fuel.
Needless to say the store was a mess, restrooms were both closed or out of order.
If the restrooms are closed the store should be shutdown as well.
Where are the employees using the restroom?
Are they able to wash their hands.
Scotchman shame on you.

Worst place I’ve ever been. Never open. Always rude. Would rate it 0 stars if i could . The only good person in this entire store is the night shift girl. The rest take hour long breaks & stick “restroom break” on the door with it locked. You should close before the entire reputation of Scotchman is ruined from this one store.

If I could give less than one star I would. Two girls at cashier desk were the most RUDE women I have ever encountered. Man in front of me buying alcohol, they asked his DOB and didn't even request an ID. I however have my military ID ready to purchase cigarettes. I was then told they don't accept military ID (which is a federally issued ID and trumps any state ID). I then go to my car and retrieve my WA state license, which has a military expiration date. When she scans it she tells me she cannot accept it because it does not have a valid expiration date. I explained that as long as I have a valid military ID my license doesn't expire. I'm told they cannot help me because they could lose their jobs. They just sold a man alcohol without checking and ID. Use a little common sense and see I have TWO valid forms of ID to buy cigarettes (and I'm more than twice the legal age to purchase cigarettes). As I'm leaving one of the girls snarks something under her breath. When I return to ask her what she said she told me to "have a nice day". I plan to call the manager and request they play back the tape to 5:35pm and review the entire encounter, going back to when she sold the man his purchase before me. Worst experience ever and I will not return. I would rather run out of gas and wait for AAA.

I went to pick up a few lottery tickets on a whim at this station. The manager did not care for the fact that I asked for my lottery ticket purchase separately from the one for my friend and chastised me for doing the transactions separately. I guess he misunderstood that I was a customer and not his help. May he have a hell filled with a never-ending line of customers like myself. I will advise everyone I know to avoid this nightmare of a human being. I know I will.

This doesn’t rate 1! This is the worst station in mount pleasant. I deal with the rude employees which are slow and act as if the don’t care. What has now got me so angry is they have their shelves showing prices but they charge a much higher price. A few weeks ago it had a product that are clearly priced at $1.99. But then they ring up at $4.99. When I questioned it the cashier responded. Yea someone must have not been paying attention. Weeks later they still were marked the same. Today 2 for $3 all over the rack. But rung up at $2 a piece. And the snotty cashier tells me, oh well, do u want them or not. It must be an old sign. This is on almost everything in this store. To me this is a crime!

They won't let you use the restroom! Fountain drinks and coffee has a sign saying out of order. I can't wait until they get replaced with a parkers

This gas station and it's manager Moses Washington does not value its customers or their time. The bar set for customer service at a gas station is not very high, just smile and check people out. Moses Washington instead chose to check in a beverage order while ignoring his customers pleas to complete their purchases. For over 10 minutes his line grew while he ignored us, standing only a few feet away. While I don't expect much, the part where you take my money should come easy.

*NO STARS* My cousin was so horrified today during her daily trip to this Scotchman location. She encountered a manager by the name John Neases he was the MOST PATHETIC manager that she has ever came across. Both cashiers that were on duty were not even knowledgeable enough to explain what was happening with her issue. She pre-paid in the store $15.00 worth of gas and the pumped stopped at $10.00. He steps up to speak to her about what was going on. At the same time she explained that the pump stopped short of $5.00 worth of gas and show her receipt that stated she pre-paid for more. He tried to come up with a story to get her to believe which had no factual content as that the $5.00 would automatically go back on her card. Then he goes and tries to give her a $10.00 receipt to make her believe that was her purchase knowing she made the pre-paid purchase. Then he proceeded to tell her that there was nothing that he could do. Because she knew she was correct she called the authorities. She explained the situation and spoke to the manager. He gave the authorities another receipt which was $15.00 and told him that she already pumped her $15.00 worth of gas. She showed the officer the receipt that she had that matched what he was given, however; on the top it had DIESEL which her car uses unleaded. However the receipt was NEVER in question it was the AMOUNT in which the pump allowed her to get. The manager came out of the store as she was pointing this out stated he was still not going to give her a refund. When she said that she was going to call corp he got irate and said to go ahead and that he didn't care. She said she didn't appreciate him trying to insult her intelligence just because she was black and he was trying to come up with a lie to cover up the fact that he didn't want to give her the money back and as if she didn't understand what was being said. And then he turned around and called her a racist. She said excuse me and he got even angrier and said, F &$% You!!! She said, "What did you say?". And he said it again. She said, "OK, same to you". She said she would be reporting that to corp as well and he said he didn't give a SH^%!! He also wanted to place a no trespassing notice on her which was fine because she will never be returning to this store and let everyone she knows that the management there SUCKS. After the officer go her information he went back in the store to speak to the manager he came out to say don't worry about it he wasn't going to place a no trespassing notice on her, and gave him the $5.00 to give to her after 45 minutes when he could've done this in the beginning because he knew the money doesn't automatically go back on your account. She has lived in Mt. Pleasant all of her life and always go to this particular store. Needless to say she will NEVER return and advise everyone to pay attention to your receipts.
