There is a young gentleman named Damieon who works there- hands down this young man is going places in life! He took the time to help me problem solve a complicated issue with my laptop charger cord. At a time when the retail experience can be frustrating and confusing (& customer service service seems like something from a bygone era) an experience like the one he provided
should be valued and appreciated. Shout out to a great employee!

Glen was super great helping me get some last minute invitations printed. So nice - he’s the best!

I don't shop at Staples that frequently but I had an immediate need for a piece of equipment that would have taken too long to order from online retailers. Staples had one in stock so I purchased it and picked it up the next morning. However, once I got home with the item I realized that it was an open box item. I have no problem with that but I was charged the full retail price. Upon providing that feedback, the store manager Karlef reached out to me, got a refund issued, and followed up when the refund hit a snag. That type of customer service is hard to find these days. 5 stars for quality customer service.

I am 80 years old and think slowly and speak slowly and am, as my grandson says, "technology challenged". I am also poor.

In somewhat of a panic, after my old brain and old computer crashed at the same time, without anything on either being backed up, I took the hard drive to the Houston Northcutt location and had the pleasure on encountering Ronald in the "tech ... fix the computer" department. Ron not only "fixed my situation" but did so promptly with astonishing patience and clear guidance so that, when I got home, I could " get it up" without difficulty... easily accessing my "lost information".

Ronald is great.

PS: As I waited around for an hour or so on a couple of days, I also encountered and watched and briefly interacted with Joseph, a young man who was both polite and professional with both me and all the other customers.

Dee is great. I was in a very not happy mood and she handled my concerns promptly with a great attitude that improved my own. She is great!

Ron was so helpful! He took the time to help me find the perfect charger for my computer and was so kind. Would definitely recommend this location to a friend!

I had the excellent assistance of the manager (neglected to get his name) last evening 12-21-2023 with a large and very important copying and fax package.

Jason the sales manager was wonderful to work with to get my company's prints picked up just in time before an event! He took a stressful situation and made it stress-free! Really appreciate the customer service and I highly recommend this store for all your office needs!

I had ordered a Lenovo laptop that was not available after waiting 4 weeks for it. The manager Stephen went out of his way to find a better laptop for a comparable price. I was very impressed by his professionalism and his follow through. I will be back!

My laptop computer crashed. It had a loud squeal noise and I was not able to retrieve my data from the hard drive. In a panic, I took my computer to Tom D. at Staples. He could not find the data, but did a work around, and retrieved ALL MY DATA and transferred to an external hard drive. I came in late another day and it was time for Tom to go home from a work day.. He stayed a half an hour to help me! I needed to buy a new computer and monitor screen and decided to purchase a desktop. Tom helped me again. When I returned to purchase it, he was not there, but Stephen was able to help find the best one for my needs. Both Tom and Stephen were extremely helpful in assisting in this transaction. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give both Tom and Stephen 10 stars. The other thin young man, Parker?, took my monitor to my car. How very thoughtful to offer his assistance. Thank you all for a great experience at Staples in Mt. Pleasant, Houston Northcutt, by Wholefoods. You are the best!

Matt was super helpful when I was having difficulty managing files I needed for a family service. His ability to explain the details of file extensions etc was pinnacle to get scanned photos ready and allowing me to accomplish my needs therefore Saving me a great deal of time so that I could be with my family. Very thankful

A thoroughly knowledgeable and all.around great Staples representative named Justin assisted me with buying a new 17" HP notebook computer. Staples is fortunate to have him and I am glad he is at my local store. Very pleased with my new computer and the service I received.

Had a great experience at Staples in Mt P today! My cashier Sandra was very knowledgeable and helpful! We have a restaurant and use Staples all the time!
