The Home Depot

Today January 30 2024 I was at the Coram Home Depot, I was purchasing electrical materials for my sisters house in rocky point. We were purchasing a lot of materials so I decided to try the pro desk, I was greeted by Maria and Petal who were extremely helpful, they assisted me in opening a pro account for my father and added his military identification for additional discounts. They were both so amazing, nice, professional. Maria assisted my dad with installing the Home Depot app on his iPhone, she scanned his military identification and applied everything into his account, Petal took our order of materials and informed us that because it was over a certain amount she could send it to the bid room. The prices came down and saved us money. We had 3 shopping carts of materials and Petal rang everything quickly and explained that we can now send our future orders in for pricing and possible discounts. Overall I couldn't thank both Maria and Petal for all of their help. I recommend anyone with a small business to go see them at the pro desk at the Coram Home Depot.

I like this store. It's laid out well, like things are together, and it's usually well stocked. I've been to others where there are lots of empty bins where items should be, but are sold out. It's also usually not too busy.

I take my father there it makes him happy so I'm happy xo

I was looking to buy a chainsaw. I had a lot of help from Elena (employee) in choosing the one that fitted my needs. She was very knowledgeable about the different brands and gave me good information about them. She also was very helpful and patient with me. Although it can be busy in the store she took time and care in assisting me. I really appreciated that. She is a valuable asset to the store.

called omw to as they were closing . talked to garden dep. asked to pull 4x 6ft garden fence posts for chicken wire stuff n run em down to the cashier if possible. i showed up so quick i met the guy pulling em in the garden dep. i just wanted to say ty to hareem for being so nice and willing to help.

They did a great job with the delivery and the appliance customer service was excellent.

My review is based on the garden center as well as the professionalism of the employees.

Firstly, the garden center has lots of beautiful well kept flowers.

The location is not ideal and today while I was looking at flowers, I was approached by someone who appeared to be a vagrant person who seemed to be under the influence of drugs or possibly struggling with mental illness. This individual grabbed onto my cart and was saying inappropriate things, tried to leave the store with me, wouldn't leave me alone, etc. The cashier took notice of this and quickly intervened, and soon had other employees there to de-escalate the situation and make sure that I was safe. I was escorted to my car by two other employees who apologized for the situation.

Kudos to the cashier, Brandon, who stepped up to help without hesitation. I really appreciated it.

I think things are changing at Home Depot . First time in my life I got excellent service from Maria at service desk .

Friendly professional outstanding customer service and care. great experience as I walked throughout the store and asked questions and at the point of checkout shealyn and Zach, help me to make a decision on portable heater I brought three up to the register, they had a great sense of humor and shared their own experience and it was able to determine immediately which was the one to purchase. I left very happy and pleased with their help and their genuine customer care and service.

Is a real estate investor home Depot is a place that I visit my often than any other place because I already have project and I need stuff. However some stores I better than others and this particular store have been I find items that are really rare to find in other places and the staff are friendly the place is clean and I was able to go inside purchase what I had to purchase and then out in less than 10 minutes if you've been at home Depot you know what I mean in and out in less than 10 minutes it's a five star. I highly recommend this home Depot to anyone who want to get stuff done in and out quickly.

Can’t complain service was great

Staff here is great, especially Kelly. She's always fast and helpful and in a cheerful mood. Others can be not as much, but they're still helpful and polite. Overall my go-to HD since they almost always have what you're looking for

A small group of us signed up for a Tile Back Splash class. When we got there, at first, we were unable to locate it. Every single employee who we asked went above and beyond to find out the information for us. Finally, turns out, the person running the class was not there. So, George Sheehan, the manager, set up the class and ran it. It was a wonderful hands on experience. He was incredibly friendly and helpful and really tailored the class to what we wanted. He went as far as offering his assistance anytime we needed it. Truly great experience.

Came in w a friend clueless about what we needed to stop mold in the bathroom while repairing, getting caulk and a bunch of other stuff I don’t do. Gia an I was awesome, answered every question professionally and brought bud to the right spot and got the materials we needed off the shelf. Later on I Uber heard her and a coworker talking and it seemed like they might be shorthanded later and her attitude was “if we ate then I’ll stay”. Don’t find that to often this days. This is my favorite Home Depot! I always experience excellent customer service here. The associates go above and beyond to explain how I should approach my hardware and gardening projects. As a first-time homeowner, I've learned so many tips from them.

Once again, I had an excellent shopping experience in the Coram Home depot. Salesman Dan and James are two great employees they went out of there way to help me with my purchase. Kudos to both of them.

Just wanted to take the time to recognize (Michael N) from the Lumber department. I came in today 2/23/2021 as a new homeowner looking to start a new project, asking Michael for help where he took us to every department relating to our project, sharing many insights on what is needed. A customer experience like this is rare to find where Michael went above and beyond for the customer. Employees like Michael is what retail these days need where customers would want to come back. Great Job Mike!! You added soo much value to me just in one visit. Thanks Alex& Genie :)

They have everything, plus an experienced knowledgeable staff that can assist with any home repair. Also they have a very decent Dewalt tools selection within their tool corale. This store/home improvement/home repair center is a lifesaver. Finally, they are a great source for any Boy Scout merit badge project, or Eagle Scout project. In short, this is exactly the type of establishment that supports a community's needs and still meets you with a smile 😃 .
