Office Depot

We had a great experience here. We arrived needing a new printer and advice about which to get. We also recycled the (suddenly) broken printer and returned some ink cartridges. John gave great guidance to help us pick out the printer best suited to our needs and Sharon was truly exceptional guiding our recycling and return process. Between a good selection in the store and the fantastic customer service this is our new favorite store for home and office supplies!!!

I generally don't expect a ton of service from retail stores these days. However, Schunn at the print center changed my perspective. He was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. My hope in customer services has been restored.

The store is well organized, clean and well stocked. My check out experience was efficient and the associate greeted me and was very pleasant. I have shopped at this store for many years and I will continue to do so.

Convenient location! Just wished they stayed open a little longer on Sundays (but I understand as an employee, I would not want to work late on Sundays).

My husband and I have come here several times to print necessary documents and it is very convenient and affordable!

Their supplies are plenty and the employees are friendly.

Parking is usually available (including street parking).

I have been looking at this particular desk for a few weeks. The first time I went to look the service was awful, the young man was not at all interested in helping me. He told me to go to the internet! My next visit Cecelia, a manager, was so very helpful, informative and interested. Because of her I purchased the product.

Very fast and friendly service. I had an order pickup (smart desk) and was helped as soon as I walked into the door, order was ready to go, and they helped me with it to my car without any sort of special request!

This is close by so I go there. Had trouble trying to find some writing tablets but otherwise it's a nice store. Clean, nicely stocked, and staff is friendly and helpful. I could recommend this store.

I don't go to Office Depot too often, but when I do, I know I'll find what I need! The store is very well organized and clean.

I'm happy that they always have the supplies I need for mailing out newsletters. I also like that I can buy stamps! It saves me an extra trip to the past office

The Pasadena Store has n Awesome Copy Print Dept ..highly recommend!

The Print & Copy Center at this location is Tops! Luke does an excellent job doing the copy job exactly as requested. Today he did my monthly newsletter which requires special weight paper, with the last of the 6 double sided pages done on golden rod paper.

I went online to find a file cabinet with very specific height dimensions, and after looking everywhere else, decided to look at Office Depot, where I found what I was looking for and purchased online.

I was notified it would be ready for pick up five minutes later, and I received a $10 discount for picking it up in person.

When I arrived, I headed straight in towards the middle of the store, where I figured they may have some Fireproof Document "Safes", I could look at.

I was greeted by store by employee Danny, who was walking the opposite direction, so I asked him if there were any fireproof document safes, which he pointed me to.

After obtaining a shopping carting from the front of the store for the document safe, I was looking at an end aisle display at a couple hard drives.
Danny happened to be walking from up front towards the back and asked me again if there was anything he could help me with. I asked him if the store had any other hard drives I could look at. He walked me to the hard drives section.

Before he walked away I showed him my In Store Order Pickup slip and asked him if I should give it to him, or wait until I went to the front counter to buy the safe and hard drive. He looked at my paper, the item type, my name and said, "I'll get it ready for you and it will be at the checkout when your ready". I thanked him again.

When I got to the check out, Danny came to the front to assist the cashier in retrieving the hard drive I was purchasing from the store closet, then dollied out the file cabinet to my vehicle to help me load the safe and file cabinet. I hadn't said anything, but I had previously hurt my shoulder doing some work a few weeks earlier and had been concerned about loading the file cabinet alone. So not having to ask, was a really big positive for this particular shopping experience.

My past experiences with the store at this location, had been unimpressive and had led me to making my office and business purchases at a competitor across town whenever possible for the past ten years.

Even though I believe their competitor has a better floor layout and generally friendlier employees, as well as more employees, I have to admit, I never had this kind of customer service or assistance at the competitor before. I couldn't have gotten better customer service anywhere else and since I was spending a lot of money, that's helps me feel better about those purchases and my decision to shop at this Office Depot.

Office Depot carries a wide selection of quality stationary and office furnishings that help me organize and enjoy my interest in writing, craft, collating information, organizing, and tracking personal accounts and correspondence. The salespersons are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and attractive.

Office Depot is always Efficient and always happy to service your needs 😀.

This Office Depot not only is fully stocked but the clerks there are very knowledgeable. Tell them your problem (which I did but not with much hope for an answer), and the guy has a few things I could do to fix it! I was pleasantly surprised.

I am a teacher and I like going to the Office Depot in Pasadena because of the location, the great service and finding all the supplies I need. The workers there are very helpful when looking for a particular product. I get all my school supplies their and have never been disappointed. I would recommend to my friends to shop at Office Depot.

This Office Depot on Colorado Blvd. in Pasadena and the personnel there are awesome. We have bought ALL of our office equipment there and continue to purchase support equipment directly online and curbside pickup. The store is wonderful and their personnel are knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend them.

The reps working at this Office Depot were very helpful, friendly and masked. They were happy and anxious to make sure we got what we wanted. A great experience and a great staff at this store. It's well stocked too!
