This location usually has whatever craft supplies I need. It's always clean in here and easy to find items. They also recently added self checkout registers. It is very convenient and helps the flow of heavier traffic.

Clean and organized. Dont forget to use store coupon. Great sales going on right now. Quick service. Not so busy today.

I love this store they have a small amount of everything and it's got great employees.

Michael's has everything and anything that you could want or need. Many of their items are so beautiful that I have to have them.

I've wanted a pair of dark green shoes to match my dark green satin dress, so I Googled to find if I could dye a pair of low leather boots I have and the answer was yes. It's a large store with lots of paints.I had a very helpful sales associate who took me to the paints ,but there was only 1 dark green bottle ,forest green . I bought it, less than $ 2.00. I will go to another Michael's closer to me to see their selection.

Love this location! Clean and always well stocked. If they happen to be out of what I need, I'll find it when I return a couple of days later. Friendly staff, and the have self checkout now.

I could move into Michael's. I love the bright atmosphere inside and can smell the fresh aroma of craftiness every time I go. I do a lot of diy decor for events so Michaels gets a regular visit from me at least once a month. I can quickly find what I need (but still stay an hour perusing the aisles) and love the self check out.

I traveled from La Verne to obtain an online pickup item that was only available at this location. A clerk pleasantly helped me find my order on their online order pickup rack that I had apparently overlooked. They had a particular other item in store I had been searching for as well. Our La Verne store is fairly busy and items disappear quickly.

This is maybe the largest store I’ve shopped at thus far here in socal. Very nice and exceptionally clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. I’d definitely shop here again!

Assistance is offered but you don't feel hounded or followed. Custom framing is top notch. Thomas, the framing MGR, is patient and very knowledgeable. the guy with the cool tattoos is great at bringing the art work to life with ideas you normally don't think about when picking a frame. I highly recommend Michaels in Chino (at the Spectrum) for all your custom framing needs, your project will be grander then anticipated.

Wife likes it here. Doesn't have all the yarn color wife wants. We got a lot of nice paint and supplies here. The good stuff is near the back. Spend quite a lot of time here each visit.

The staff there are always super friendly and helpful. In fact, on my most recent visit I was looking for a specific product so I asked them if it was in stock. The cashier checked the inventory and sure enough they did. Of course, it wasn't out on the shelves but up above them in a bin.

Bless her heart, she actually got up on the ladder, IN A DRESS, to fish it out! Talk about above and beyond!

Visited Micheals with my daughter, she loves to knit. The had her favorite yarn on sale buy one get the second at half price. I ended buying a picture frame they have a great selection.

Took my grand daughter for some yarn for a scarf she wanted to knit. Found exactly what she wanted. And it was on sale! Michael's is another of my go-to places for anything crafty. It can be crowded at times. But I've never seen employees cranky. They are cheerful and take time to help with what ever I need.

I would like to specifically thank Tori for her AWESOME service! During quarantine... in bad weather.. and with rude people attempting to approach her and the store, she kept a smile on her face.
