Excellent Customer Service at Sam’s Club Ontario!
"I visited the Sam’s Club in Ontario today and was impressed by the exceptional customer service. The staff at the cafe were attentive and friendly. Compared to the Sam’s Club in San Bernardino, Ontario truly shines. At the Ontario location, customers are provided with a box for a single slice of pizza, and the soda fountain is consistently clean and stocked with ice. In contrast, the San Bernardino location lacks in these areas – they simply wrap the pizza in brown paper, and their ice machine is often empty with soda syrup running out. Ontario Sam’s Club, you’ve won my loyalty. I’ll definitely be returning more often. Thank you for the great experience!"

I've been a fan of Sam's Club for years! The recent benefit of being able to scan n go...solidifies my family shoping there for a looooong while to come! THE STAFF/ TEAM @ our local Sam's Club IS UNBEATABLE!!! FRIENDLY& FAST! ...LOVE YOU SAMS CLUB!

"Scan and Go" is a big plus for me because it saves me time. I can scan my items, pay, skip the checkout line, and out the door with no fuss. Great prices always to make the trip worthwhile.

*** the newest thing at Sam's Club. If you haven't tried it is the cafe scan and go. You do not have to stand in line. And you order and just go pick it up at the window.*** Even while pizzas in cafe scan and go! It just keeps getting better and better. And scan and go GAS ... Scan the pump and pump ⛽ away.
THE BEST part of Sam's club is "scan n go" you scan your items with your smart phone and skip the checkout. This particular sam's club is pretty well planned out. There are normal things that you would expect at a Sam's Club.
Lots of new stock getting ready for spring and summer.

It was good I have nothing to complain about it but an employee went with me in the restroom he used the restroom and left without washing his hands that was nasty🤬

Lots of good varieties throughout the store. Spent couple of hundred $ Yikes! Within 30 mins.

Also, they fix your flat tire for FREE👌

I got a membership quite a few months back. I intended to return soon to check it out further. Costco is down the street from my house, so it's geographically more convenient. I finally went and browsed around for a while. I ended up with more than I anticipated. The only complaints I think I might have is, I wish it was closer to home and it's quite crowded but I can see why. This is a really cool store, and they have an abundance of items I need, didn't know I needed, and don't need, but it's cool, so I got it any.

This store has practically everything I thoroughly enjoyed shopping here. 😁

I used to bye snacks to sell at school here🤫 smells really chemically inside and the enchilada sample gave me intense diarrhea 😔😫🚽💥🚽💥🚽💥🤪really good for convenient stores to get there supplies insides.

This location is great. Store has a number of items not available at the Chino Hills store. The Choice and Prime meat counter is like a regular butcher store. Love this Sam's Club.

Ok, where do I start? For years and years I shopped at that other big box store. I mean, spent at least $300 at each visit and was perfectly happy. Quality products for a reasonable price, especially when feeding 2 young boys. Then one day, someone told me about this "scan and go" app that Sam's club has. I'm like....what is that and how could that be of any good? OMG, OMG!! I tried it and now I can never shop anywhere else. Scan the item b4 you put in the basket and one click to pay!! Show your phone at the door and walk out!! NO LINES!!! DO YOU GET IT????!!! NO LINES!! I love this store!! Quality goods, cheaper prices and NO LINE!!! God bless "scan & go"!!!👍👍Bow available for fuel too. And their app is top notch.❤❤ Great programmers!!

Big store like any Sam's club what I liked was being able to scan my purchases as I placed them in the cart. They have a phone app and you pay with phone and just walk out the door. No waiting inline for a cashier. Much nicer saves time wish all stores did this.

Fantastic, I needed to get some items and I came out getting more than what I intended to buy. But they have such a large selection of food and clothing and household goods that I bought a little bit. Enjoy your day at Sam's it's worth it

Update Aug 3 2023: 2nd time using scan and go and I really like it. Lines were pretty long but I was able to bypass it all and get additional discounts on top of it all.

It gets crowded, but the line seems to move much faster than Costco. Find myself choosing Sam's Club more frequently.

If I had to complain about something, I wish the food court had more registers.

Great fish and seafood prices. We got 2 lbs of giant/enormous shrimp for $27. It was 30 ginormous shrimp in the pack! Also, their bulk meats were reasonably priced.
Store is always clean. Staff are generally friendly. Sales reps in the middle of the store (selling their company's products/services) are quite pushy!

Pizza combo is still $2.50!!! 😋!

Store was a little crowded but I managed to get in and shop and get out with no problems. The store was well stocked with 4th of July favorites. Scan and go was also a time saver.

Good place for big families to grocery shop. Good quality and reasonable prices. Scan and go on their app is the fastest way to shop. Very good app. Makes shopping quick and easy.
