I had some shoes to exchange that I had bought over a year ago and they happily did the exchange for me I got the new shoes for my son and I bought an extra pair they have 20% off discount right now for Easter that's a great deal. The cashier guy was very nice had great customer service and had a smile all the time. The ones that try to help you find shoes they have an attitude and they never help you find anything you got to do it yourself. But I give the cashier guy a five star I don't know his name he's about 6 ft tall blonde hair .

Nice store with nice casual footwear and fitness wear. Prices are good and lots of selections. Will buy from them in the future as my wife likes their styles also. There were no pushy salesmen or sales ladies.

This store is huge big selection I got exactly what I wanted Skechers with Goodyear tread the only thing is the prices were still high for a factory outlet store I was expecting to save some money

I LOVE my Sketchers! Truly some of the most comfortable shoes I have worn. The new yogo insoles are amazing, just like walking on a yoga mat!

Actually ordering online from website is really a fabulous way to get a good product, size, discounts, and pick up or delivered efficiently and expeditiously. Walking in the store is great if you can make it during weekday but for me ordering online is a thumbs up.👍

Haven’t had the greatest experiences with Sketcher store in Anaheim so I was ready for NO help in Ontario Mills.
I was WRONG!! I asked for merchandise info from Christine and she was AWESOME! She took her time with me and had an awesome smile to go with it!! Way to help that store turn their reputation around!!!

Received amazing customer service from the two sales professionals. K.C. and the young man whom seems to be a manager. Will definitely shop there again because of them. Great prices for what I needed. Truly a blessing.

First time there, we kept saying to ourselves, "These prices are Great, they had our sizes which are popular and the latest styles. We'll be bringing our grandchildren back soon.

I got buy one get one half off, good quality and arch fit helps a lot, wide size too!

I bought shoes online. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I went by the Skechers I currently wear and bought the same size. Maybe they adjusted their sizes. These shoes were at least 2 years old. Since I purchased online, they didn't have the exact shoes in store. Jacob helped me get a refund for the shoes that didn't fit. All that was needed was my emailed receipt. Then he helped me order the replacements in the correct size. Here's the big news.... BUYING IN STORE WAS 20% OFF!!!!! I'd recommend shopping both online and in store to compare prices.

Very nice store way out in the boonies kind of hard to get to but very nice prices they don't sell slides that much they don't have a big selection of slides
