If I could give James a 6 star, I would. He was so nice and helped me above and beyond to get my car fixed on my schedule. He made sure I could get my car serviced before I need to pick up my kid at 5pm. He was attentive and made sure we are on schedule throughout the day. He also told me to reserve a loaner car ahead of time, and thanks to that I was able to get a car to run my errands while my car got fixed. This was my second visit since I was tight on schedule due to visiting relatives for the first visit and couldn’t get everything done. James helped to reassure me that it was ok to wait a few days to finish all the services. That really helped. He scheduled the second visit for me so I won’t get worried. Thanks to James I was able to host my visitors for the weekend. And sure enough this second visit fixed everything that was needed for my car. Thank you James for all your help. I will always ask for James from now on if I need to service my car!

Mark was my Service guy at my last service for my Lexus and he was absolutely AMAZING!! Super professional and made sure my car was clean, oil changed, and also the Bluetooth on my new phone was working correctly before I left! I recently got a new phone and it was no longer connecting through my car which was very frustrating. Mark was very determined and worked with me to get it working! I am so happy! Anyone who gets Mark will be very pleased! Thank you SO much again!! 🤗

Excellent, fast on an otherwise painful long wait experience. No charge on an 10k maintenance schedule. I was actually surprised because on my 5k scheduled maintenance I was charged at Jim Lexus Beverly hills even though there's a complimentary and had to get a rental because there's a 5 hr wait. I'm on a lease so definitely I will either buy my car or get a new one with Crown Lexus at the end of my lease. Thank you so much Crown Lexus.

Dennis my service consultant provided excellent service during my visit. He gave me a detailed description of the service and communicated throughout the process. Chow was my service writer for this visit and was a pleasant experience interacting with him. He addressed all my concerns and verified any questions I had. Very down to earth guy and knowledgeable. Tech working on my car had the car completed within the estimated time. Took pictures of any recommendations which is nice because I was able to see what and why they were recommending during the visit.

Another Great experience at Lexus of Ontario , never anything less than Perfection when dealing with a young man by the name of Tony Hang he is always In the pursuit of perfection when I need to get my vehicle serviced. Customer service at Lexus and the vehicle we purchased is very INCONSISTENT. Very disappointed in vehicle features of the UX 250 hybrid. For what you pay and what you get is not worth it. Upgrade to a different model or go with a different company altogether. I do however appreciate the service at our most recent service appointment for the Vietnamese American representative who assisted my mother. He spoke fluently in Vietnamese for her and English for me. She couldn’t remember his name and I wasn’t with her so she handed the phone to me so honestly I can’t recall his name either I’m sorry sir but we do appreciate your diligent and friendly service with her!

My experience with both my vehicles with Tony was definitely 5⭐’s !!! As always Tony goes above and beyond no make our service experience as painless and quick as possible. He continues to look out for our best interests with every vehicle we have owned. Tony and Lexus are the best

I had the maintenance required light come on in my car and took it in to Crown Lexus. Met up with Dennis who was just really caring about my car & my concerns about my car. It was my first time to have the service on Lexus RX350 (oil change and tire rotation) at Crown Lexus Service Center. The service advisor Dennis was very patient with me, suggested the service that would be the best in line with the miles, and offered educational explanation on the pattern of tire rotation. The service was well done within the promised time frame. The technician also made a few suggestions towards issues to be fixed in the future. I was also pleased that I could use two separate online coupons for the service, by which I saved a quite few $$. Thanks for the great service. I received awesome service by service rep Chris Santos. He and his team went above and beyond to fix two problems I had been having for a while, when everyone else before told me there was nothing wrong, and he got it under warranty. He held onto my car until he found the problem I had been experiencing. Chris was professional, friendly, courteous, and communicative. He explained what items my car needed, but didn't make me feel like a cockaroach for not fixing all the recommended items. He's the only rep I want assisting from now on. Thanks, Chris!!!!
