Made In Cookware

My husband and I love all Made In products and have been slowly replacing our 20 years old dinnerware and cookware. On a recent purchase of red rimmed dinner plates (gorgeous!) I found a chip on the edge of 1 plate. An email and a photo later, today I received a replacement perfect red-rimmed plate to complete the set. Excellent quality product + excellent customer service = lifelong loyal customers. Thank you, Made In! PS we live by those entree bowls!

This is a small(er) company in Austin who sells A++ cookware and dinnerware. I have been purchasing direct from them for several years and i have never been disappointed in the quality of their cookware/tableware/'wine-ware' AND . . . KNIVES that' they sell directly from their company to restaurant chefs across the country - and non-chefs like me (who loves to cook on QUALITY cookware). I started out with one of their knives years back when my trusty 30-year, 5-star German knife took a fall and broke. I am someone who HAS TO have a quality knife to cut/chop with. Made-In sells knives manufactured in France and the quality can't be beat. They are not cheap (but they're less costly than other 'professional' knives). Try cutting on cheaper knives (price or quality) and you end up buying them over and over and over. I then moved onto their stainless steel and carbon steel cookware. Slowly, i got rid of all my All-Clad that i've had for over 20years. Was All-Clad bad? Well, it started out being made in USA, but is now made in China and well, even though it wasn't bad cookware (at the time) - it's just that MadeIn surpasses them - not to mention that they are way more comfortable to hold or carry. I guess it's the ergonomics of the handles.
Prices? For quality cookware, these prices are not so bad - i think i paid more for A-Clad back in the day and A-Clad is no cheaper, but now made in China and whose handles need to be re-vamped. But the best of Made In is their customer service. It is OUTSTANDING. I've had 1-2 issues with the items that i purchased, and all it took was a quick email to them and BOOM! taken care of. Replacement sent - BOOM! Back to cooking? BOOM! I love the way they treat me too - not an anonymous reply from a 'do not reply' email. With superior products and fantastic customer service, you really can't go wrong with this company. (Also, if you go on their website or sign up for emails - yeah, i know, ya just hate signing up your email for something - some of the restaurant chefs they deal with will SHARE their recipes with you! Or hints on being a better cook. It's always an extra little something that is fun to try. (I've not received any money or freebies to write this feedback - I just wanted to share because i just had an amazing 'assist' from their customer service that involved a problem with an item i purchased and was very happy with their solution). Made In is all that.

I have cooked all my life, and I have used dozens of different brands of cookware. Many “high end” brands started out with quality, but then they started manufacturing them in Asia and all was lost. It was years before I found Made In, and I ordered a set of cookware for my personal use. My experience of the company was wonderful, and more than that, this cookware is the best I have ever used! The best! Great cooking qualities- even heat distribution, durable, easy clean up, no hot spots, great dimensions for all dishes. I’m so happy with Made In- please keep doing what you’re doing and stay in the USA. Great tools!

Purchased the cast iron set and I’m obsessed with it. Also they ran a sale a few days after I received my order and I reached out to customer service because I was bummed about missing out on the 20% off. They were amazing, responded via email immediately and instantly honored the sale price and refunded me the amount! Such a great company I will definitely be a customer for life! Just orders the carbon steel set and universal lid. Super excited for them to come in!

WE LOVE OUR CARBON STEEL COOKWARE!! This past Christmas my husband surprised me with the beautiful Carbon Steel Paella Pan, Unseasoned! I've owned 3 paella pans in the past. Not one of them has ever cooked this evenly, maintained the heat this well, or been such an easy clean up. Watch YouTube videos (there are several) to learn the proper way to season Made In Carbon Steel. When they are seasoned properly, they are like glass inside and completely non-stick.
Next, he surprised me with the 12.5" Carbon Steel skillet, Unseasoned. I use it nearly everyday. It is responsive the way copper cookware is, cooks evenly like my great-grandmother's cast-iron but easier to pick up since it's not so heavy, and the best part; the handle stays cool when I'm using it on the stove top. It transfers easily to the oven from the stove-top which I do often when cooking fish. Again, it does not stick and cleans up easily.
Next, he again surprised me; and the Carbon Steel Griddle, Unseasoned, showed up at our front door! It came with a beautiful Press and a leather sleeve for the handle. We immediately bought all of the ingredients to make Smash Burgers! We preheated the griddle on our outdoor grill, it cooked evenly and perfectly! The next morning, we used it on our gas stove and made pancakes, again, perfection!
Then, he's nuts, and surprised me with the 10" Carbon Steel skillet (he's pretty awesome :-). This time it was Seasoned. I love the size! It's perfect for bacon & eggs for just the two of us. I kind of wish it was Unseasoned as well though. There is nothing wrong with the seasoning, I just prefer the process of seasoning on my own.
Memorial Day, Made In had an amazing holiday sale. I purchased a set of 3 Carbon Steel, Unseasoned skillets for my son's 40th birthday! He's watching all of the videos about proper seasoning and is super excited for their arrival!! He's an amazing self-taught cook and has always wanted to add Carbon Steel Cookware to his collection. I'm excited to see what he creates!!
Next on my list of "I wish to own" are the filet knives. We live on North Padre Island and fishing is part of our lives. A good filet knife is a necessity. Dropping hints daily :-) and trying to convince my husband that's the quickest way to receiving the "Husband of the Universe Award"! PS I haven't received anything from Made In (no free stuff and nothing solicited) we just love their quality and craftsmanship! It's not overpriced and it does everything they claim, and that's awesome!!!

I've purchased several items from Made In Cookware and have always been impressed with the quality of their products and service. A recent purchase arrived damaged. I emailed them on a Saturday and got a quick response with a shipping tag to return the item. On Tuesday I received the replacement item. That is fast, excellent customer service!

I have so many made in products (all the pans in non stick all the pots in non stick and one stainless steel pan and one stainless steel pot) so I can speak from experience when I say anything you purchase from this company is very high quality in every way from build /to heat distribution and handle comfort all 5 stars ! Try anything you won't be disappointed

Their dishware products - the only thing we have experience with - are excellent. We entree bowls, dinner plates, appetizer plates, side bowls, and 2 serving pieces. The quality is so very high. We recently purchased more for gifts. I would recommend to be patient with their Customer Service, particularly right after Christmas, as they were hard to get a hold by phone or chat. However, they responded later by email to chat messages I left and ultimately helped us with our need. The reps were very helpful and friendly.

Made In cookware is top notch! Most of my kitchen is from made in. Their customer service is superior to any other brand I’ve encountered. They stand by their products 100%, are incredibly easy to work with, and the products are worth the money.

Extremely happy with my Made-In products. I have a knife and a 12” carbon steel fry pan. The knife is amazing. Well balanced and just the right weight not to mention razor sharp. I bought the unseasoned fry pan and seasoned myself. Seasons up perfectly and is exactly what I would expect it to be. Had a small issue and customer service was extremely helpful. Great company, great products!

I've now had two orders from Made In and now own a set each of their clad stainless and non-stick pans and multiple pots and skillets, in addition to some of their knives. I love their products and have developed a new loyalty to them.

Excellent quality and customer service. We purchased the 10 piece nonstick cookware set. These are the best nonstick pans we have ever used and Indian cooking can take a toll on cookware. Two pieces had come slightly damaged. Meagan and William from customer service promptly replaced the items without delay. We have bought many more products since and enjoy the excellent quality.

My first enameled dutch oven. I had an issue with shipping damage. Contacted Made In. Corresponded with Lincoln, In 2 days my replacement was on the truck. Wow great A++ customer service. Got my relpacement. The pan was immaculate, just perfect. First use was no knead bread. Came out perfect with no sticking. I am Totally recommending this product to my friends. And will be ordering, several more Made In products in the future. I am totally sold on this company. Thank you Made In and Lincoln!

We love love love our Made In products, which, so far, are both 12 and 10” blue carbon steel frying pans, the 8” nonstick frying pan and the 6” Nakiri chopping knife. Superb quality in all. The carbon steel is perfect for searing meat and then finishing in the oven, even cooking and easy clean, especially when kept seasoned. May be a little heavy for some but should last a very long time. Our 8” nonstick frying pan is our first in Made In and gets used daily. The 6” Nakiri knife is solid and holds its sharpness and is easy on the hand. Highly recommend this company!

Hi, the product, Made in Cookware, is putting out, is top of the line. I have been using their pots and pans, and they work beautifully! I also bought my daughter a set and she loves them. Buy them! you will love them too.

Wonderful pots and pans and extraordinary customer service. We had to replace a damaged piece and I ordered the wrong replacement. Made in sent the correct piece without any hassles or questions. We have been using the pots and pans daily. They are everything and then some from what we expected! We highly recommend their products and their customer service.

We love everything we've purchased from Made In, cookware, knives and dinnerware. We just replaced our first non-stick pan after 2 1/2 years of daily use. The carbon steel and stainless cookware looks like it will last forever.

Below is a note that I recently shared with Made In customer support. We have a nonstick sauce pan that developed a scratch/flaw in the nonstick coating - we could not say for sure if we screwed up and scratched it or if a flaw developed...they totally delighted us by honoring our replacement request. Customer Support (Renn!) handled our request/claim in a very professional and timely manner! We have a good number of Made In products that perform as advertised(or exceed expectations!). We will continue to buy Made In and recommend their products to friends that care about the "tools" in their kitchens. Thanks Made In team!

I bought a griddle here and had some issues when seasoning it. They immediately sent me a new griddle - without having to return the first. Amazing customer service. I love my griddle!
