I ordered online and picked up in store. I tried on the jeans and shoes and they didn't fit so I exchanged them for a pair of jeans and I took them home and I had them on for about 5 minutes and they didn't feel right.. so I took them back and exchanged for another pair of jeans and I just love them.. so they are nice and will help you out.. They were very helpful and respectful.. I will be back to purchase more items... Thank you all!!!!

The service provided by Ari & Mia was absolutely great. She's been the best hat-shaper that has shaped my hats. Deserves the recognition! Definitely making this my favorite store and will be coming back.

I am very glad I stopped here. From the looks outside, the way the windows are, I wasn't sure they were even open. Once I walked in I was greeted and welcomed and found a plethora of high end boots, belts, apparel, jewelry and what I went in for... boot supplies. Galilea was very friendly and helpful in choosing the right products to take care of my boots. She even tested out the products and helped me understand how to use them. Thank you very much, this was a great experience.

The store was clean, organized and everything was displayed well. The staff was very helpful and even checked at other locations for a boot size that they didn't have in stock.

We've honestly had bad experiences here in the past but Ari always seems to save the day! Ari and Yvette helped me get my stingray boots resized and ordered to my house, seamlessly! The boots showed up a day early. Very impressed with them!

Wendy was awesome honestly I loved her so much. Was so helpful. I have little fat feet and was all over the store trying to get something to fit. & she was back and forth with me.

Have been here multiple times and have worked with Ari. She is very knowledgeable on the fit of boots and hats. she will make sure you leave the store with what you want and isn’t trying to force you into anything you don’t like or isn’t comfortable! Great customer service

My Sister & I went to purchase her 7-year old Grandson a pair of "Cowboy Boots." 🤠 The store was very organized & clean. Our Sales Associate, Angel, was very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. He was patient with my little Great-Nephew while measuring his shoe size & made recommendations once our little one selected the boots he liked.

Other associates were also welcoming & friendly.

Great western wear at great prices, might start hitting them every six months when I'm in the area...

Only my 2nd time in a Boot Barn ever. We browsed around looking for my husband some jeans and with the suggestion of my husband and the help of ARI we began looking for me. I know my size and place and figured this place would not have jeans to fit hippy ole me. Too my surprise Ari swooped into action and immediately jumped in to sharing and suggesting brands and different cuts of jeans. We decided on a 34/34 Ariat female jean, which I absolutely fell in love with. I will definitely return to this location an hour away from my home for her help and opinions which were honest and genuine. Thanks Ari for such a great shopping experience. You Rock Girl!

Great experience, I ordered a hat and the fit was too lose, thanks to Ari she helped me order the correct style and made sure I was taken care of, great service I will always go back to boot barn thanks to her

My wife needed new boots, and the salesmen found about a dozen different pairs of boots for her to try on based on her feedback. He cleaned them up, and now my wife is happy with her new comfy boots.

shoutout to Alan who was a super chill guy and worked with me to make sure i left satisfied despite the fact i walked in at near closing time as the last customer in the store. nobody in retail likes customers in the store at closing i’m sure, but i could tell Alan wasn’t thinking about rushing me out and rushing home as he was more focused on making sure my experience was as best as possible. thanks dude

wow, just WOW! Edward the store associate was impeccable with his customer service. Not only did he help me find a fine well shaped western cowboy hat, he also gave me tips on how to grow a beard as good as his! Let me be the first to say, this man knows hair! I understand that’s weird but you just had to be there! Anyways definitely give this store a 5 star review, even though the girls seem to be younger and clueless, Edward was enough to make up for that. I’ll be returning soon for more western attire. Edward keep on being such an inspiration to so many that come in to your store, great success and many success 👍
