The boba is delicious - perfectly cooked and chewy. There is plenty of seating for those you want to enjoy their tea here and they offer milk alternatives which is an automatic win for me.

Great product! Expect a line, sometimes out the door, and at least a 15-20 min wait, especially on the weekend. They aren't slacking, they're just that busy. I like to order online from the car, then walk in. Seems to get my order faster. Though you will need to be proactive in getting your order at the pickup counter.

it's not really a good place to sit and have a drink with somebody. they have a couch and some stools encounter by the window, but they're so busy in the space is so small that it's not enjoyable to hang out. But, there is plenty of outdoor seating at the playground behind the place.

me & my family’s go-to place for boba tea! usually I get the taro smoothie, & my wife gets the taro with mango blended in. huge selection of options. nice that there’s seating outside behind the restaurant. too busy on the weekends so we try to go on the weekdays! easy to order online.

One of my favorite places to get milk tea and other flavorful drinks. Their combinations are excellent! There's always a steady stream of people which tells you how popular they are.

Great boba texture!! This is coming from a boba aficionado who lived in Asia and San Francisco for almost 20 years. If you’re getting a slush/blended drink or fresh brewed tea (vs standard Black Milk Tea), it’ll be a bit of a wait but it’s worth it.

And their tea selection is fantastic— they have 4-6 of each type of tea (4-6 green teas, 4-6 oolong, pu’erh…). The teas take longer to brew but worth the wait. I ordered an oolong milk tea and it was way too milky- but then I went back and ordered two other types of oolong teas and added my own milk and perfection! Dong Ding Oolong is my favorite- a deliciously toasted oolong.

If you’re like me and don’t want powder-flavored drinks, they have fresh fruit drinks marked on their menu. The watermelon slush was so refreshing.

Staff was super kind and quick with my order! I got a boba cup as a road trip souvenir since they were unfortunately out of coolers.

I got to try the red panda series oolong tea and it’s fantastic! The tapioca / boba pearls were not under or over cooked like some places 10/10!

Came here three times in a row. My fiancé and I ordered the cantaloupe smoothie with agar jelly & original cream series with so many toppings!

Love every drink I’ve gotten here so far, my favorite has definitely been the strawberry lemonade, a simple drink but done just how I like it. It tends to get pretty busy, but the wait time isn’t all too bad, the employees are very efficient.

My family loves this spot. They have various options so that all of us are happy. They get very long lines sometimes. But from what I've seen they do their best to get everything out quickly.

The loose leaf iced tea is really good. I like the green apple and strawberry flavors they have.

The strawberry banana smoothie was good. The service was great and I'll have to try some other flavors.

I came in half an hour before my shift started for work hoping to get a milktea to get me through the night. I figured the place would be a bit quiet since it was less than an hour before closing time. This. place. was. popping!!!
I was worried I would have to wait a long time for my order with how long the line was (8 people ahead of me) and the size of their orders. But the staff here was FANTASTIC!!! They really worked their butts off to get everyone's order in a timely manner!
It didn't take long at all to get to the front of the line and get my order.(Thai CreamTea with tapioca. DELICIOUS!!!) I made it out with plenty of time to enjoy my tea and head off to work. Would ABSOLUTELY come back again!

I've been coming here for years. This is my favorite place for bubble tea in south Austin. Forewarning, there is usually a pretty long line.

First time here. Large menu variety: teas, slushees, fruit juice and boba tea. Ordered: peach boba madness (awesome), taro smoothie, and cappuccino frappioca. Recommend this.

They have been perfectly staffed and polite every time out of 4 different trips. There’s generally a small group of people hanging out and it’s busier than most similar shops I frequent.

I had been craving shaved ice with jellies (gelatin) and fruit...and I wasn't sure where to go in South Austin. Well, Teapioca Lounge is the perfect place! They have bubble teas, along with shaved ice AND snow! ...snow is frozen shaved milk. They have vegan options too. I had the coconut milk snow with strawberries and lychee jelly and sweetened condensed milk drizzle. It was heavenly!! Perfect cool treat on a hot day. I need more of this place in my life.

This place was packed around 3 pm on Saturday. The line circled the whole room. Luckily these guys got the line moving pretty quickly. Our order contained strawberry banana with tapioca and strawberry banana with strawberry gel which was perfect choices for kids. I got a new flavor series Red Panda Cream Green Tea. It was delish! Definitely a new favorite.
