I always love going here. The staff members are all so friendly willing to talk to you, help you, and just chat about animals while they are working and stocking shelves.

I also love how petsmarts all over really care for the animals in their store. I went here last looking for a new hamster and found not one but two perfect ones. The staff members I spoke with were really knolagable on how the animals were , handled, age, how they were cared for, and when the approxamitly arrived at the store.

I posted a few photos of my small ones when I saw them in store to when I got them home and they are living their best lives and are truly loved

Samantha!!! 10/10 for her, I will add the entire staff that was working when we came in was super friendly!! You can tell they love animals (which for our first time getting our 7 month goldendoodle puppy groomed) put our nerves to ease. We’d been putting off getting him groom, not wanting him to look silly and also he’s a very rambunctious puppy.. that being said.. She did SUCH a good job!! Extremely happy with how Severus’s haircut came out, we definitely will be having Samantha be his groomer from now on. Thanks again to the entire staff for being so welcoming on our first visit.

Love selections here. It's Pricey however. Staff is OK this year. Used to be more welcoming and happy staff. There seems to be an issue at the register every time I go.which holds up the line for 10 mins. With only one register open. Overall good shopping though.

Today, was my puppy’s first grooming and I cannot express enough my satisfaction with the entire team at PetSmart at the current location.
Miranda who took care of my Ausi labradoodle, did a phenomenal job! My puppy Mooshmoosh looked well groomed and happy. Miranda is absolutely professional and her expertise were shown. Thank you, Miranda for your service and moving forward, Mooshmoosh is your pet client.

Came into buy new supplies for a new puppy, I pretty much knew what I needed and they had everything there. The one item I was not able to locate myself, a staff member was able to help me out

They gave my dog a truly great grooming experience. The person doing the grooming was in training and she knocked it out of the park 😊 Winnie never looked or smelled so good!

We took our dog in for a vets visit and they were more than wonderful

I had an issue with an aquarium filter that came in a kit, it was replaced with no issues. The manager James has great customer service and is knowledgeable.

I love going to PetSmart to buy treats and outfits for my sweet baby girl.

I adore Sarah C with pink hair she is awesome with my pup and despite the challenges she may face, she always has a positive attitude it make a puppy mom feel safe and satisfied

I must say my dog is a handful, extremely hyper and a bit unruly!!
I was so worried the groomers would call in 5 minutes to come pick him cuz he was being so bad.
That didn't happen!!! They did call twice with an update on the progress that was being made. They got him bathed and groomed extremely fast, as well.
It's an actual miracle!!!!
So, so happy and relieved with how things went with my "problem child"!!!
Now my ragamuffin looks so cute.
The other one goes tomorrow!!!

Have been trying to get our new puppy’s nails trimmed with no luck. To my surprise the groomer at PetSmart was able to calm him down and get his nails trimmed. Finally our arms can heal from all the scratches. Thank you

I love the products that they have they have some good discounts and way more things in this petsmart then I've seen in others!

This is my goto Petsmart. They have always had everything I've been looking for when. I go in, and I usually don't have to wait long in line to check out.

We recently adopted our cat, Mo through the cattery here that is run by New Hope Animal rescue and I highly recommend them! Cynthia helped us pick out our cat and was so helpful answering all of our questions both before and after. Adopt don't shop!!

Love taking my pup here. Sarah K does his grooming every time. She's super sweet and even though my pup hates being groom, she takes good care of him and he always leaves super happy and excited.

Our groomer Miranda was very helpful regarding our pets needs. I really appreciated her help and kindness today! 🙂

They were ready to buy from and to return and head great specials on exactly everyone I needed... Dog life jackets, dog slings and harnesses.

Wonderful service from Banfield Hospital inside the store as well.
